Bununla birlikte Türkiye Yükseköğretim Yeterlilikler Çerçevesi’ne (TYYÇ) göre öğrencinin mezun olabilmesi için, hazırlık sınıfı hariç; en az, öğretim programındaki yarıyıl sayısının 30 ile çarpımı ya da yıl sayısının 60 ile çarpımı kadar AKTS kredisini almış olması gerekir. Gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte inşaat sektörü de kalite ve hız kazanmaktadır. Firmaların nitelikli işgücüne olan ihtiyacı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. İnşaat Teknolojisi Programımız, nitelikli eğitime verdiği önem ile kaliteli işgücü yetiştirme çabası, bu ihtiyaca fazlasıyla cevap vermektedir. İnşaat teknolojisi programında ahşap yapı sistemleri,
betonarme yapı sistemleri, çelik yapı sistemleri, yapı malzemeleri, mevcut bir yapıda yapı metrajı ve maliyetini bulmak, statik, mukavemet, proje etüdü yapılması ve uygulanması, çatı sistemleri, cephe sistemleri, restorasyon, teknik ressamlık, yapı yüzey kaplama dalları ve mesleki sorumluluk ile ilgili bilgiler yer almaktadır. Eğitim planında yeralan bütün dersleri başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler İnşaat Teknikeri ünvanı ile önlisans derecesini alırlar.

Derslerin başarı değerlendirilmesi Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi Ön Lisans Ve Lisans Eğitim-Öğretim Ve Sınav Yönetmeliği çerçevesinde yapılmaktadır.
Buna göre Her yarıyıl içinde açılan derslerle ilgili olarak en az bir ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavı yapılır. Birden fazla yapılacak olan ara sınavlar, dersi veren öğretim elemanının önerisi ve bölüm başkanının uygun görüşü alınarak ilgili birim yönetim kurulu kararından sonra ilan edilir. Ara sınav sonuçları yarıyıl/yılsonu sınavları başlamadan en az yedi gün öncesine kadar ilan edilir. İlgili birim kurulu kararıyla ayrıca staj, uygulama, laboratuvar, proje ve benzeri sınavlar açılabilir. Bu sınavların
türleri ve ağırlıkları ilgili bölüm başkanlığının önerisi ve yönetim kurulu onayı ile belirlenir. Bu sınavların yapılacağı yer ve tarihler dekanlıkça/müdürlükçe eğitim-öğretim yarıyılı/yılı başlangıcından itibaren ilk iki hafta içinde ilan edilir. Yarıyıl/yılsonu sınavlarına girebilmek için;
a) Teorik dersin en az % 70’ine devam etmek, dersin varsa uygulama ve laboratuvarının en az % 80’ine katılmak ve başarılı olmak gerekir. b) Dersin yarıyıl/yıl içinde yapılan ara sınavına/sınavlarına katılmak zorunludur. Aksi belirtilmedikçe, dönem içi uygulamaların not ortalamasına katkısı olmadığı hallerde ara sınavın %40 ı, yarıyıl sonu sınavının % 60 ı öğrencinin dönem sonu geçme notunu oluşturur. 4. yarıyılda verile Türk Dili ve Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılap Tarihi dersleri uzaktan eğitim yolu ile verildiğinden sadece bu derslerin sınavları değerlendirmede; ara sınav/sınavların ilgili dersin başarı notuna katkısı % 20, yarıyıl/yılsonu ve bütünleme sınavlarından alınan notun başarı notuna katkısı % 80’dir. Başarı notu hesaplanmasında Senato tarafından belirlenen bağıl değerlendirme sistemi esasları uygulanır. Öğrencinin başarı/başarısızlık durumu her yıl/yarıyıl sonunda AGNO hesaplanarak belirlenir. AGNO’su 2.00 ve üzerinde olan öğrenci başarılıdır. AGNO’su 2.00’ın altına düşen
öğrenci başarısızdır. AGNO’su en az 2.00 olan öğrenciler başarılı sayılır. Başarısız (FD), (FF) veya (DZ) olunan derslerin mezun oluncaya kadar başarılması zorunludur. Öğrenciler, bulunduğu yarıyılda (FD), (FF) ve (DZ) notu olan derslerini, tekrar verildiği ilk yarıyılda öncelikle almak zorundadır. Sınavı yapan öğretim elemanı akademik takvimde belirlenen tarihler arasında sınav sonuçlarını öğrenci otomasyon sistemi vasıtasıyla ilan eder. Notlar ilan edildiği tarihte kesinleşir. Döneme ait tüm sınav evrakı dönem sonu sınavından sonra müdürlüğe teslim edilir. Bu evraklar beş yıl süreyle saklanır.

Teknik Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu İnşaat Teknolojisi Programı mezunları piyasada, inşaat ve proje bürolarında mimari, statik yada vaziyet planları ile mimari detayları çizme yeteneğine ve metraj ile hakediş hesaplarını yapabilme yeteneğine sahiptir. Bu yüzden proje bürolarında görev alabilir. Üstyapı ve altyapı şantiyelerinde teknik kontrollük hizmetlerinde görev alabilir. Mühendis ile inşaat işçileri arasında koordinasyonu sağlar. hesaplarında mühendise yardımcı olur. Çimento, beton ve zemin mekaniği laboratuvarlarında örnek alma, inceleme, rapor hazırlama işlemlerini yapabilmelerinden dolayı, bu laboratuvarlarda çalışabilirler. Çimento fabrikalarında ve beton santrallerinde üretim elemanı ve laboratuar elemanı olarak görev alabilirler. Kamu kurumlarında tekniker ünvanı ile çalışma imkânına sahiptirler. Mezunlarımız Yapı denetim kuruluşları, yerel idareler, yapı malzemesi üreticileri ve satıcıları, beton santralleri, taahhüt firmaları,
dekorasyon firmaları gibi çok geniş bir çalışma alanına sahiptirler. Programı başarı ile tamamlayan mezun öğrencilerimiz DGS sınavı ile İnşaat Mühendisliği, Mimarlık gibi 4 yıllık bölümlere geçiş yapabilmektedirler.

building systems, reinforced concrete building systems, steel building systems, building materials, finding the building quantity and cost in an existing building, static, strength, project study and implementation, roof systems, facade systems, restoration, draftsmanship, building surface. It includes information about coating branches and professional responsibility. Students who successfully complete all courses in the education plan receive an associate degree with the title of Construction Technician.

The success evaluation of the courses is carried out within the framework of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations. Accordingly, at least one midterm exam and final exam are held for the courses offered in each semester. Midterm exams that will be held more
than once are announced after the decision of the relevant unit board of directors, with the recommendation of the instructor teaching the course and the approval of the department head. Midterm exam results are announced at least seven days before the semester/final exams start. Internship, practical, laboratory, project and similar exams may also be opened with the decision of the relevant unit board. The types and weights of these exams are determined by the recommendation of the
relevant department chair and the approval of the board of directors. The place and dates of these exams are announced by the dean's office/directorate within the first two weeks from the beginning of the academic semester/year. In order to take the semester/end-year exams; a) It is necessary to attend at least 70% of the theoretical course, attend at least 80% of the practical and laboratory, if any, and be successful. b) It is mandatory to attend the midterm exam/exams of the course held during
the semester/year. Unless stated otherwise, 40% of the midterm exam and 60% of the final exam constitute the student's end-of-semester passing grade, in cases where mid-term applications do not contribute to the grade point average. Since the Turkish Language and Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution courses in the 4th semester are given via distance education, only the exams of these courses are evaluated; The contribution of midterm exams/exams to the success grade of the relevant course is 20%, and the contribution of the grades obtained from the semester/year-end and make-up exams to the success grade is 80%. In calculating the success grade, the principles of the relative evaluation system determined by the Senate are applied. The success/failure status of the student is determined by calculating the CGPA at the end of each year/semester. A student whose CGPA is 2.00 or above is successful. A student whose CGPA falls below 2.00 is unsuccessful. Students whose CGPA is at least 2.00 are considered successful. It is mandatory to complete the courses in which the student failed (FD), (FF) or (DZ) until
graduation. Students must first take courses with (FD), (FF) and (DZ) grades in the current semester in the first semester they are offered again. The instructor conducting the exam announces the exam results through the student automation system between the dates specified in the academic calendar. Grades become final on the date they are announced. All exam documents for the semester are delivered to the directorate after the final exam. These documents are kept for five years.
