| Giriş Şartı | Yükseköğretim Kurumu (YÖK) tarafından belirlenen yönetmelikler çerçevesinde, bu programa öğrenci kabulü Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme (ÖSYM) Merkezi tarafından yapılan sınav sistemiyle olmaktadır. Öğrenciler, öğrenim görmek istedikleri program tercihlerini bildirdikten sonra, bu sınavdan aldıkları puana göre bu merkez tarafından ilgili programlara yerleştirilmektedir. Branş ile ilintili Meslek Liselerinin mezunları da YÖK ve ÖSYM tarafından belirlenen kurallar çerçevesinde sınavsız olarak bölüme kayıt yaptırabilmektedirler. Yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler, bu programa uluslararası geçerliliği olan SAT, ACT gibi sınav sonuçlarıyla ya da ortaöğretim mezuniyet notlarına göre kabul edilmektedir (Ön Lisans ve Lisans Programları Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci Kabul Yönergesi). Genel Akademik Değişim Protokolü olan programlara öğrencilerin kabulü, Maltepe Üniversitesi ile işbirliği yapılan (partner) üniversite arasında imzalanan ikili anlaşmalar (ERASMUS, FARABİ, vb. gibi.) çerçevesinde yapılmaktadır. - Tıbbi Görüntüleme Teknikleri Programı’ nın amacı, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile özel sektöre ait hastane, görüntüleme merkezleri, aile sağlık merkezleri, veteriner ve radyoloji polikliniği bulunan işletmelerde radyoloji bölümünde İyonizan ve noniyonizan radyasyonu kullanarak hastalıkların teşhis ve tedavisi için hastayı tetkike hazırlayarak konvansiyonel ve dijital röntgen, floroskopi, bilgisayarlı tomografi, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme, PET-BT ve ultrasonografi gibi tıbbi görüntüleme cihazları ile görüntü elde edebilme, film ve görüntüleri kullanıma hazır hale getirebilme, cihaz ve ekipmanların kontrol ve bakımını yapabilme bilgi ve becerisine sahip nitelikli radyoloji teknikeri yetiştirmektir.

| Further Info | There are two types of regulations (Regulation 1-R1; Regulation 2-R2): for students who enrolled in 2009 or before and for students who enrolled in 2010 or after. To complete the available courses in the program (a total of 120 ECTS) successfully, all of students who enrolled in 2009 or before have to get at least 50 points out of 100 and students who enrolled in 2010 or after are required to achieve 2.00 on a 4.00 weighted grade point average. To graduate from the programs students who enrolled in 2010 or after should get at least DD in all of the courses provided. Students are also required to complete the compulsory practice in the specified time. | |

Graduates of related vocational high schools can enroll in the department within the framework set by the regulations of Higher Education Council (HEC). Foreign students are admitted to the related programs with the scores of internationally acceptable exams such as SAT, ACT or are admitted to the related programs with their high school graduation grades (Undergraduate and Graduate Programs for Foreign Students Admission Guidelines). The admission of students of General Academic Exchange Protocol to the related programs are done within the framework of the bilateral agreements (ERASMUS, FARABI, etc) signed between Maltepe University and the partner universities. Guest students may enroll into the courses in this program, if the related academic unit approves. Sufficient language knowledge is required to monitor the program. | |

- Medical Imaging Techniques Program aims to train qualified radiology technicians who will be able to operate medical imaging devices such as conventional and digital X-ray, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance , PET-CT and ultrasonography by preparing the patient for diagnosis and treatment of diseases with the use of ionizing and non-ionizing radiation , to make the film and images ready for use and who have also the skills and knowledge to control and maintain the devices and equipments in the deparment of radiology of public institutions and organisations , private hostitals, imaging centers, family health centers,institutions where veterinary and radiology polyclinics are available
