- Hukuki terimlere, mevzuata ve adli kurumların işleyişine hakim ,
- Hukuki konularda kişi ve kurumlarla karşılıklı bilgi alışverişinde bulunarak çözüm önerileri sunma,
- Türkçe yazılı ve sözlü iletişim yeteneğine sahip,
- Kendisine verilen görevi titizlikle yerine getirme,
- Etkin biçimde klavye kullanabilme becerisine sahip olma,
- İflas ve icra takibi konusunda yetkin bir bilgiye sahip olma ,
- Dava açma ve dava takip etme konusunda yetkin bilgiye sahip,
- Görev yaptığı kuruma başvuranlara temel konularda yardımcı olma ve yol gösterme becerisine sahip olma.
- Önlisans programımızda dört yarıyıl öğretim verilir. Her yarıyılda bir ara sınav, bir final sınavı yapılır. Her yılın sonunda da staj programı uygulanır. Söz konusu değerlendirmeler sonucunda başarılı olan öğrenciler programdan mezun olmaya hak kazanırlar.
