- Bilişim ve bilişim hukukunun sorunlarının ve çözümlerinin küreselliğinden hareketle,bilimsel çalışmalarda bilişimin tüm paydaşlarının bakış açılarını sentezleyerek görüşler ve öneriler ortaya koyar.
- Bilişim hukuku ile ilgili ulusal veya uluslar arası yasal düzenlemelerin, regülasyonların SWOT analizlerini yapabilir ve bu sayede düzenlemelerin etkilerini görür.
