- Bitkilerde hücre, organ yapısı ve fizyolojisi, yaşamsal faaliyetler, bitki-su-toprak ilişkisi, meteorolojik olaylar, bitki ekolojisi ve çevre sorunları ile ilgili temel bilgiye sahip olabilmekİnsan beslenmesinde önemli yer tutan büyük ve küçük-baş hayvanların yetiştiriciliği öğrenmek ve yetiştiriciliğini gerçekleştirebilmek
