Ayrıca, programdan mezun olanlar ülke genelinde özel veya kamuya ait teknolojik ürünler üreten sanayi kuruluşlarında gerek teknik elaman gerekse Ar-Ge elamanı olarak çalışabilirler. Bunun yanı sıra ülkemizde ilaç, enzim, tıbbi ve kimyasal maddeler, çevre (su arıtımı teknolojisi, toprak ve su kaynaklarının iyileştirmesi), gıda, tıp ve kök hücre merkezleri, bitki biyoteknolojisi kapsamındaki sanayi kuruluşları (tohum bankaları, in-vitro bitki çoğaltım merkezleri, fidancılık ve mikrobiyal tabanlı gübre sanayisi) ve fermantasyon teknolojisine dayalı sanayi kollarında istihdam edilme olanakları mevcuttur.
