| İlerleme Yolları (İlişki Türü) | Bu bölümden mezun olanlar alanlarında araştırmacı olarak çalışabilecekleri gibi, kamu ve özel sektör işletmelerinin insan kaynakları yönetimi ve endüstri ilişkileri departmanlarında, işçi işveren sendikalarının ve kooperatiflerinin farklı kademelerinde uzman işgücü ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere, yönetici ve ekonomist olarak çalışabilmektedirler. Ayrıca, SSK, Bağ-Kur, Emekli Sandığı gibi sosyal güvenlik kuruluşları ile Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı bünyesinde müfettiş, uzman ya da ateşe olarak görev alabilecek niteliklere sahiptirler. Bunların yanında, özel danışmanlık şirketlerinde, Türkiye İş Kurumu başta olmak üzere istihdam danışmanlığı hizmeti veren tüm kuruluşlarda da çalışabilirler. | |
