DICLE UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCIENCES EDUCATION Ph.D.   EXAM REGULATIONS APPLY.(1) The purpose of this examination , the students doctoral study of fundamental concepts and in-depth knowledge on the subject is to determine whether the owner .(2 ) The students proficiency exams twice a year, in April and November is done .
