| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Ölçme Değerlendirme (1) Öğrencilere kayıtlı oldukları yarıyıl/yıl sonunda her ders için bir başarı harf notu verilir. (2) Bu başarı harf notu, dersi veren öğretim elemanı tarafından takdir olunur. (3) Başarı harf notunun takdirinde öğrencinin ara sınav, yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınavı, yarıyıl içi çalışmalarındaki başarısı ile ders ve uygulamalara devamı göz önünde bulundurulur. Bu harf notunun hesaplanması ilgili akademik birim kurulunun önerisi, akademik birimin ilgili kurulunun kararı ve Senatonun onayıyla belirlenir. (4) Öğrencinin başarı notu 100 tam puan üzerinden belirlenir. Bu puana, ham başarı puanı denir. (5) Ham başarı puanı 25,00?ın altında olan öğrenci, doğrudan (FF) notu alarak o dersten başarısız olur. Ham başarı puanı 25,00 ve üstünde olan öğrencinin başarı notu; sınıfın genel durumu, aritmetik ortalamalar ve istatistiksel dağılım dikkate alınarak Üniversite Eğitim Komisyonunun kararı ve Senato onayı ile hazırlanan yöntemlerden biri kullanılmak suretiyle, aşağıda katsayıları ve açılımı belirtilen harf notlarından biri ile değerlendirilir. Bu değerlendirmeden sonra, 25,00 ve üstünde olan ham başarı puanlarının harf notu karşılıklarının (FF) olması mümkündür. Beş yıllık eğitim süresince toplam 300 AKTSlik zorunlu ve seçmeli teorik dersleri ve pratik uygulamaları içeren programın başarıyla tamamlanmış olması gereklidir. Klinik öncesi pratik uygulamalarda, öğrenci her yıl belirli sayıda saptanan işleri verilen sürede veya telafi süresinde tamamlamak ve teslim etmek zorundadır. 4. ve 5.sınıflarda teorik derslerin yanı sıra, öğrencilerin klinik stajlarda her bir Anabilim tarafından belirtilen sayıda tedavi uygulamalarını yapmanın yanı sıra pratik ve sözlü sınavlardan da başarılı olmaları gerekmektedir. | |

| Description | Knows the normal structures and functions of the human body, specifically the structures and teeth in the mouth area, on the basis of cells, tissues, organs and systems, and their interactions with each other. Knows the causes and formation mechanisms of oral and dental diseases and can describe the changes caused by diseases in the mouth and teeth. Knows, grasps, correlates, evaluates the symptoms and findings in the national core education program of dentistry and Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry Extended Education Program, diseases and conditions and professional practices at a determined level. Knows to reach the best up-to-date scientific evidence, and evaluate its reliability and validity in line with personal learning needs. Knows the legislation, deontology and ethical principles about professional legal responsibilities. Knows and performs the professional practices in the national core education program of dentistry and Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry Extended Education Program. It conducts its diagnosis, treatment and follow-up processes by prioritizing evidence-based practice, critical thinking and ethical principles. Aware of its limitations, set personal learning goals to support professional development, direct the patient to the appropriate center when necessary Knows the prevalence of diseases in the mouth, teeth and jaws in the society, contributes to prevention and reduction. (2) This grade is given by the instructor of the course. (3) While evaluating the letter grade, a student?s success at classes, mid-terms/final examinations and attendance to classes are considered. The calculation of the letter grade is determined by the approval of the related academic unit and the Senate. (4) The success grade of a student is calculated over 100 points. This grade is called raw success point. (5) A student whose raw success point is under 25.00 is directly given an FF grade and the student fails the course. The success grade of a student whose raw success point is 25.00 and above is evaluated by using the methods determined by the board decisions of the Educational Commission of the University and the Senate; with the letter grades of which coefficients and explanations are mentioned below. | Conditions for Success | A student who takes one of the (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB), (CC), (DC) and (DD) grades from a course is considered successful. However, in order to graduate, the students AGNO must be at least 2.00. It is necessary to successfully complete the program, which includes compulsory and elective theoretical courses and practical applications, with a total of 300 ECTS during the five-year education. A total of 30 ECTS credits must be taken each semester. In pre-clinical practice, the student has to complete and deliver a certain number of tasks each year within the given time or the compensation period. In the 4th and 5th grades, in addition to the theoretical courses, the students must be successful in the practical and oral exams as well as performing the number of treatment applications specified by each department in clinical internships. | |
