Bu program ikinci öğretim olarak da sunulmaktadır.
- Böbrek morfolojisi, fizyolojisini bilir.
- Kronik ve akut böbrek yetmezliğinin nedenleri ve tedavi seçeneklerini tarif eder.
- Diyaliz tedavisi için tüm ekipmanları ve teknik araçları kullanır, bunlara ait sorunları saptar ve çözüm üretir.
- İnsan anatomisi, fizyolojisi tıbbi ve teknik mesleki terminolojiyi bilir.
- Diyaliz sürecinde gereken durumlarda ilk yardım uygular.
- Diyaliz hastalarında order edilen ilaçları gerektiğinde doğru dozda doğru yere uygular.
- Fistül, greft ve kateterlere amaçlarına uygun girişimleri planlar ve uygular.
- Enfeksiyonun bulaşma nedenlerini ve korunma yöntemlerini bilir,asepsi, antisepsi, sterilizasyon ve evrensel korunma yöntemlerini uygular.
- Hemodiyaliz ekipmanlarında ve hastalarda öngörülebilen ve öngörülemeyen sorunların çözümü için ekip içerisinde görev alır.
- Alanı ile ilgili yenilikleri çalışma ekibi ile birlikte takip eder ve uygular.
- Hasta ve hasta yakınlsrının psikolojisini anlar ve onlarla etkin iletişim kurar.
- Bireysel ve takım çalışmalarında sorumluluk alır.
