Graduates of the programs will be able to;

1. They can perform medical care related to dialysis treatment according to the instructions of the responsible physician.
2. They can inform dialysis patients about dialysis applications.
3. Prepare hemodialysis devices for different patients.
4. After each operation of the hemodialysis device, it can carry out the sterilization process of the materials with internal and external disinfection.
5. During the dialysis procedure, the patient can keep records of the treatment by following the life findings of the patient.
6. Evaluate the vessel access routes and maintain the access area before dialysis.
7. They can initiate and terminate the hemodialysis procedure.

1. Students will be able to improve the quality of their professional practice by using verbal and nonverbal communication knowledge and skills.
2. They can apply legal regulations and ethical principles related to their professional practices.
3. Evaluate the risk of occupational diseases and injuries and take necessary measures.
4. They can use the evidence-based applications by following the developments in the field continuously.
5. They can apply psychological first aid steps in case of traumatic experience.

Students who successfully complete the dialysis program are given the title of "Dialysis Technician". In hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units in formal or private health institutions, they can perform their profession under the supervision of nephrologists and specialist dialysis physicians. Students who successfully complete the. Dialysis t Associate Degree program can continue their education by passing the DGS (Vertical Transfer Exam) which is done by ÖSYM and transitioning to the Nursing and Health Services programs of various universities.

Qualification is valid indefinitely.
