- Veteriner Dölerme ve Suni Tohumlama alanında yeterli bilimsel teorik ve uygulama prensibine sahip olan kendi başına bilimsel bir araştırma çalışması planlayıp yürütebilen, elde ettiği verileri bilimsel olarak yorumlayarak bir sonuca ulaşabilen bireyler yetiştirmektir.
- Yüksek Lisans düzeyinde bilgi ve beceri elde edilmesi kazanır.
- Alanındaki bilimsel, teknolojik, sosyal veya kültürel ilerlemeleri tanıtarak, yaşadığı toplumun bilgi toplumu olma ve bunu sürdürebilme sürecine katkıda bulunabilmek.
- Alanındaki yeni bilgileri sistematik bir yaklaşımla değerlendirebilme ve kullanabilme.

- The aim of this programme is to train individual scientific persons of Veterinary Reproduction and Artifical Insemination, who can have the sufficient scientific theoretical and practice rules of their own principles in their fields and to plan and direct a scientific research own by their owns, to come trough a reason with scientifically evaluating the data.
- To gain the knowledge and practise of master of degree.
- Contribute the progression in the field by producing an innovative idea, skill, design and/or practice or by adapting an already known idea, skill, design, and/or practice to a different field independently.
- Critically analyze, synthesize and evaluate new and complex ideas.
- Ability to communicate and discuss orally, in written and visually with peers by using a foreign language.
- He/she uses theoretical and pratical information in his/her field.
- He/she is aware of the benefits and responsibilities of the achieved degree and to carry out his/her profession accordingly.
- Approach to new information in the field with asystematic manner and acquire high-level skills in research methods.
