Ders başarı notu, öğrencinin ara sınavlar ve ara sınav yerine geçen ödevler, uygulamalı çalışmalar, grup çalışmaları ve benzeri çalışmalarda yarıyıl içinde gösterdiği başarı ve genel sınavın birlikte değerlendirilmesiyle elde edilir. Ebelik Mezuniyet Kriterleri: • En az 100 doğum öncesi muayeneyi de içerecek şekilde gebe kadınlara danışmanlık yapmak, • En az 40 gebe kadına bakım vermek ve izlemini yapmak. • En az 40 doğumun öğrenci tarafından yapılması (doğum yapan kadın sayısı eksikliği nedeniyle bu sayıya ulaşılamıyorsa bu sayı ancak öğrencinin 20 tane daha doğuma yardım etmesi koşulu ile minimum 30’ a indirilebilir). • Makat doğum aktif katılmak veya makat doğum mümkün olmadığı takdirde simülasyon yapılarak çalışmak. • Epizyotomi uygulamak ve dikiş ile başlamak (Bu aşama teorik bilgi verme ve klinik pratiği içerir. Dikiş pratiği epizyotomi sonrası veya basit perianal yırtılmalara dikiş atılmasını içerir. Gerekirse bu durum simülasyon şeklinde yapılır). Gebelik veya doğum ya da doğum sonrası dönemde risk altında olan 40 kadına bakım vermek ve izlemek. •En az 100 lohusayı (doğum sonrası dönemdeki anne) ve sağlıklı yenidoğan bebeği izlemek ve bakımını vermek (muayene dahil). • Özel bakım gerektiren, prematüre, postmatüre, düşük doğum ağırlıklı veya hasta bebekler dahil olmak üzere yeni doğan bebek gözlemi ve bakımını sağlamak. • Jinekolojik ve obstetrik patolojisi olan kadınların bakımı sağlamak. | |
