| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Öğrenciler her ders için ara sınav, yarıyıl içi çalışma (proje, seminer, kısa sınav, ödev, veya ikinci bir ara sınav) ve yarıyıl sonu sınavına tabi tutulurlar. Başarı notuna, ara sınavın katkısı ve/veya yarıyıl içi çalışmanın katkısı %40 ve yarıyıl sonu sınavının katkısı % 60 şeklindedir. Tüm sınavlar 100 puan üzerinden değerlendirilir bağıl not sisteminde harfli nota dönüştürülür. Yarıyıl sonu sınavında en az 45 puan alma zorunluluğu vardır. Öğrenciler, her yarıyılın sonunda, o yarıyıla ait bütün derslerden bütünleme sınavına girebilir. Eczane hizmetleri verilerinin toplanması, uygulanması ile ilgili genel bilgi sahibi olur. 2. Eczane hizmetleri alanında kuramsal ve uygulamalı bilgileri kullanabilme becerisi kazanır. 3. Sağlık alanında özellikle eczane hizmetlerini içeren konularda, ihtiyaç duyduğu güncel bilgileri içeren ders kitaplarının, uygulama araç-gereçlerinin, bilişim ve iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanımını bilir. 4. Eczane hizmetleri alanında edindiği bilgileri doğru bir şekilde karşısındaki kişiye eczacının sorumluluğu altında temel düzeyde aktarır. 5. Eczane hizmetleri alanında edindiği temel bilgi ve becerileri kullanarak, eczacının sorumluluğunda mevcut sorunları saptar ve çözümler üretir. 6. Grup çalışmalarında, grup üyesi olarak yer alır, takımdaki rolünün gerekliliklerini yerine getirecek sorumluluk bilincine sahiptir. 7. Eczane hizmetleri alanında temel düzeydeki çalışmaları, edinmiş olduğu bilgiler dahilinde eczacının gözetimi altında yürütür. 8. Gelişime açıktır, yenilikleri takip ederek mevcut bilgilerini günceller ve yeni bilgiler kazanır ve kendini mesleki alanda geliştirir. 9. Eczane hizmetleri konularında düzenli olarak kayıtlarını tutar, bu amaçla gerekli bilişim ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanır. 10. Alanı ile ilgili konularda düşünce ve sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri getirir, topluma ve meslektaşlarına rol modeli olur. 11. Pharmacy Services Technician uses information and communication technologies in matters related to the field of medicine, transferring professional knowledge through written, verbal / nonverbal communication. It uses basic computer programs and related technologies related to the Pharmacy Services Technician field. Using a foreign language at a basic level, it tracks the information in the field and communicates with colleagues. It updates the knowledge, skills and competences related to the field with the awareness of lifelong learning and develops itself personally and professionally. It works with other health disciplines. Know the basic functioning of the organs and systems that make up the human organism and the basic effects and basic side effects of drugs on these systems. Contribution of the midterm exam and / or midterm work is 40% and the contribution of the final exam is 60%. All exams are converted to a letter grade in the relative grade system, which is evaluated over 100 points. At the end of the semester there is a requirement to take at least 45 points. At the end of each semester, the students may take the make-up exam from all courses of that semester. Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Associate Degree / Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations are applied. 1. Pharmacy services have general information about the collection, implementation of data. 2. Gain the ability to use theoretical and practical information in the field of pharmacy services. 3. Know how to use textbooks, application tools, information and communication technologies that contain up-to-date information in the field of healthcare, especially in matters involving pharmacy services. 4. The information given in the field of pharmacy services is accurately conveyed to the person under the responsibility of the pharmacist at the basic level. 5. By using the basic knowledge and skills gained in the field of pharmacy services, the pharmacist is able to detect the current problems in the responsibility and produce solutions. 6. In group work, as a group member, has the responsibility to fulfill the requirements of the role in the team. 7. The basic level studies in the field of pharmacy services are carried out under the supervision of the pharmacist according to the information obtained. 8.
