- Eğitim yönetimi ile psikoloji, sosyoloji, felsefe, genel yönetim, ekonomi, siyaset ve diğer ilişkili disiplinler arasında ilişkileri kavramak ve disiplinlerarası çalışmalar yürütebilmek
- Eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi alanıyla ilgili teori ve uygulamaları eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirebilmek.

- To identify the problems related to the educational administration and supervision in a scientific framework, to propose solutions to the problems of the education system using quantitative and qualitative research methods
- To comprehend the relationships between educational administration and psychology, sociology, philosophy, public administration, economics, politics and other related disciplines and to be able to conduct interdisciplinary studies
- To evaluate critically the theory and practices related to the educational administration and supervision
- To follow the current developments in the field of educational administration and supervision and to evaluate them critically
- The faculty members in the program make midterm and final exams during the period; make students to prepare homework and presentations in order to develop the scientific research competencies of the students.
