The seminar course and thesis work are non-credit and evaluated as successful or unsuccessful. Thesis graduate program consists of at least 120 ECTS credits provided that it is not less than 60 ECTS credits for one academic year. The student has to register for each semester thesis period starting from the period following the appointment of the supervisor at the latest.(3) Up to two of the courses that the learners will take may be selected from the undergraduate courses, provided that they have not been taken during the undergraduate study. - Knowing basic concepts about measurement and evaluation in education, statistics and research techniques
- Ability to evaluate a measuring tool in terms of its qualities
- Developing or adapting suitable measurement tools using measurement techniques
- To be able to interpret the results of national and international exams by relating them to measurement and evaluation concepts
- To be able to identify a problem related to measurement and evaluation, to determine the solution way and to apply scientific research methods to solve the problem
- To be able to apply knowledge about measurement and evaluation field in interdisciplinary studies
- To have basic and practical work plan in the field of measurement and evaluation in education, to have executive reporting skills and knowledge
- To be able to explain the distinguishing features and characteristics of the basic theories of measurement and evaluation
