- Bir sistemi, sistem bileşenini ya da süreci analiz eder ve istenen gereksinimleri karşılamak üzere gerçekçi kısıtlar altında tasarlar; bu doğrultuda modern tasarım yöntemlerini uygular.

Description | Graduated students have sufficient theoretical and practical background for a successful profession and application skills of fundamental scientific knowledge in the Electrical-Electronics Engineering practice. Theyhave skills and professional background in describing, formulating, modeling and analyzing anElectrical-Electronics Engineering problem, with a consideration for appropriate analytical solutions in all necessary situations. Graduated students are able to analyze a system, system component or process and design them under realistic constraints to meet desired requirements, apply modern design methods accordingly.They have the practice of selecting and using appropriate technical and engineering tools in engineering problems and ability of effective usage of information science technologies and at least one engineering software. Graduates have the consciousness for the results and effects of engineering solutions on the society and environment, awareness for the contemporary problems of humanity and entrepreneurship and innovation.They follow developments in science and technology, and have professional and ethical responsibilities. | |

Assessment methods may include essay(s), true-falls test(s), multiple-choice test(s), short answer test(s), matching test(s), oral exam(s), assignment(s), project(s)/ design(s), portfolio and performance evaluations (practice / laboratory / workshop / field work / seminar / presentation / term paper / dissertation). The in-term studies and final exams compose the pass grade by totalling 40% and 60% of in-term studies and final exams, respectively. All exams are evaluated out of 100 points. A student obtaining one of the grades of AA, BA, BB, CB, and CC are considered successful. In addition, students with CD or DD graded courses are considered successful only if they had a yearly GPA of 2.25 in the given year. In order to enter exams (midterm or final exams) students must meet following requirements that are specifically outlined in the “Regulations on Teaching and Evaluation in Short Cycle and First Cycle Programmes in Mustafa Kemal University”. These requirements are: 1. to enrol for the current semester 2. to attend 70% of theoretical courses 3. to attend 80% of practices for practical courses 4. to be successful in applications and to complete given projects. The graduation requirements for the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering are the same as the “qualification requirements and regulations”.
