To complete succesfully all the courses in the programme, not to have grade of F or FD. To complete successfully all the courses (total of 120 ECTS) and to hold minimum 2.00 cumulative grade point out of 4.00.

Recognizes basic physics and electrical concepts, makes necessary measurements, intervenes in electrical faults on site, and maintains, repairs and installs electrical devices and systems. Uses basic office software and electrical and electronic circuit design programs within the framework of professional competence. Designs and simulates electrical circuits with computer aided drawing and simulation programs. Has knowledge about knowledge about the structure, operating principle, winding types and circuit connections of electrical machines. Recognizes the basic concepts and elements of automatic control, programmable logic control and scada systems, and performs applications related to them. Defines the problem and solves the problem by applying the theory experienced and examined. Follows new technologies in the fields of energy and implement his/her knowledge. Adopts lifelong learning concept and enhances his/her knowledge. Has sufficient knowledge and awareness about occupational safety and health, social security rights, quality control and management, and environmental protection.

To have high school or an equivalent diploma and obtain the reaquired grade from Studen Selection Exam. A student who has started his/her education in a domestic or a foreign equivalent program can apply for undergraduate transfer or student exchange programme. The registration, examinations and evaluation procedures are carried out in accordance with Higher Education Law and the Regulations and decisions of Higher Education Council issued based on this law. A two-stage examination system is applied in the transition from secondary education to higher education. Exams held by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Candidates are required to obtain score of minimum 150 and above from Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) to be eligible for the programme. Admission procedures at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University are carried out by the Registrar's Office.

Professionals can work independently or in public or private organizations. Turkish Electricity Distribution Co., Turkey Radio and Television Corporation, State Hydraulic Works, Machinery and Chemical Institute, Special Provincial Administration, such as the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, especially ministries can work.Also; * In the construction sector, in the indoor installation and lighting systems, * In the construction sector, in the electricity distribution and transmission systems outside the building, * In factory automation systems, * For transformer maintenance and repair work, * In ships, in sea transport vehicles, * In the automotive sector, * For electrical equipment maintenance-repair and other installation works of factories, * In the maintenance, repair and operation of electrical medical devices, * They can work in use, operation and repair of all types of appliances where electricity is used.
