Programda mevcut olan toplam 120 AKTS karşılığı derslerin tümünü başarıyla tamamlayan ve 4.00 üzerinden en az 2.0 ağırlıklı not ortalaması elde eden öğrenciler mezun olmaya hak kazanırlar. Dersleri başarıyla tamamlamanın yanında, bir de staj çalışmasının yapılması mezuniyet için şarttır. | |

- Genel veya mesleki orta öğretimde kazanılan yeterlilikler üzerine kurulan ve orta öğretim düzeyi üzerindeki dersler , uygulama araç ve gereçleri ile desteklenen bir alandaki bilgi ve becerilere sahip olmak ve o alandaki temel kavramları kavradığını gösterebilir.
- Tasarım sistemleri alanı ile ilgili tasarımlar ve uygulamaları çalışma arkadaşlarına, üstlerine ve hizmet verdiği kişi ve gruplara açık bir biçimde anlatabilmek ve takım çalışması yapabilmek,
- Tasarım teknolojisi alanında tanımı iyi yapılmış problemlerin çözümü için gerekli olan verileri tanımlama, toplama ve kullanmayı etkin bir biçimde yapabilmek; pratik uygulamalarda gereken teorik bilgileri, el ve/veya düşünsel becerileri kullanabildiğini göstermek ,
- Tasarım teknolojisi alanında bağımsız olarak öğrenmeyi ve öğrendiklerini uygulayabildiğini göstermek,
- Tasarım ile ilgili çalışmalarda öngörülmeyen durumlarla ilgili sorunları belirleme ve çözüm arama yeteneğini kazandığını göstermek,
- Sorumluluğu altında çalışanların performanslarını objektif olarak değerlendirilebilir ve denetlenebilir,
- Alanında yeterli olacak düzeyde yabancı dil bilgisine sahip olabilir. Temel bilgisayar kullanımı bilgisi ile birlikte, mesleğinin gerektirdiği yazılım ve donanımları kullanabilir.
- Alanı ile ilgili konularda, sosyal sorumluluk, etik değerler ve sosyal güvenlik hakları bilgisi ve bilincine sahip olmak ,
- Alanı ile ilgili konularda, iş güvenliği, işçi sağlığı ve çevre koruma bilgisi ve bilincine sahip olabilir.
- Alanı ile ilgili konularda geleceğe yönelik projeksiyonlara açıktır.
- Her ders için ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavına tabi tutulurlar.
- Başarı notuna, ara sınavın katkısı %40, yarıyıl sonu sınavının katkısı %60 şeklindedir.
- Tüm sınavlar 100 puan üzerinden değerlendirilir.
- Yarıyıl sonu sınavından en az 45 puan alma zorunluluğu vardır.
- Bir dersten AA, BA, BB, CB ve CC harf notlarından birini alan öğrenciler o dersi başarmış sayılır.
- Ayrıca, bir yarıyıla ait not ortalaması en az 2.00 olan öğrenciler, DC harf notu aldıkları derslerden de başarılı sayılır.
- Öğrenciler, her yarıyılın sonunda, o yarıyıla ait en çok iki dersten bütünleme sınavına girebilir.
- Öğrenci 4 yarıyılda 240 AKTSyi tamamlamak ve 30 iş günü staj yapmalıdır.
- Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından yapılan yükseköğretime geçiş sınavı (YGS) sınavından başarılı olmak.
- Yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin kabul koşulları her akademik yılın başlangıcında üniversitenin web sayfasında ilan edilmektedir.
- Mezun olan öğrenciler “İç Mekan Tasarımı Teknikeri, ünvanını almaktadırlar.
- Mezunlar ülkemizin ekonomik yapısına bağlı olarak illere yayılmış olan büyük, orta ve küçük işletmelerde ürün tasarlanması, planlanması ve üretimi aşamalarında çalışırlar.
- Tasarım ve dekorasyona yönelik büro, üretime yönelik atölye ve fabrika olmak üzere kendi işletmelerini de kurmaları mümkündür.
- Başta tasarım ve dekorasyon endüstrisi olmak üzere endüstriyel alanda faaliyet gösteren tüm özel sektör kuruluşlarında çalışabilirler.
- Özellikle öğrencilerimiz; tasarım, planlama, satınalma ve pazarlama gibi alanlarda çalışmaktadır.
- Tasarım sektörünün yurt çapındaki yaygınlığı düşünüldüğünde iş bulma olanakları yeterli düzeydedir.
- Kazançları çalışılan kuruluşun türüne, çalışanın pozisyonuna, firmanın ücret politikasına ve şehre göre değişmektedir.
