- İktisadi ve toplumsal ilişki ve sorunların kavramlaştırılması, açıklanması ve çözüm önerileri geliştirilmesi için gerekli düzeyde modern kuramsal ve uygulamalı iktisat bilgilerinden oluşan bir iktisat formasyonuna sahiptir.
- Akademisyen, öğretim üyesi, özel ve kamu kurumlarında yönetici olabilme bilgi ve yetkinliğini ifade eden bir formasyona sahiptir.
- Günlük yaşamda görülen birey ya da firma davranışları ve piyasa yapılarına ilişkin değişim ve gelişmeleri, ileri düzeyde analitik-teorik bir çerçevede çözümleyerek, çözüm önerileri geliştirebilme bilgi ve becerisine sahiptir.
- Ulusal-Uluslararası düzeyde, işsizlik, enflasyon, iktisadi ve finansal krizler gibi makroekonomik sorunları, ileri düzeyde analitik-teorik bir çerçevede çözümleyip, çeşitli öngörülerde bulunabilme bilgi ve becerisine sahiptir.

| Conditions for Success | For the PhD Program in Economics, the total ECTS credits required for graduation is 240 ECTS. Each course in the Program carries a credit load of 7.5 ECTS. The students should successfully complete a course load of 60 ECTS (8 courses), take a Comprehensive Exam of 30 ECTS, and accomplish a Dissertation Module of 150 ECTS. | |
