| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Bu programda sınavlar ve değerlendirmeler Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ön lisans ve Lisans Eğitim-Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği esas alınarak yapılmaktadır. Programa devam eden öğrenciler bir dersten veya uygulamadan yarıyıl/yılsonu ve varsa bütünleme sınavlarına girebilmek için; derslerin en az %70’ine devam etmiş olmalıdır. Bu şartları yerine getiremeyen öğrenciler dönem sınavlarına giremezler. Öğrencilerin devam durumları, ders sorumlularınca izlenir. Bir dersin devamını alıp da başarısız olan öğrencilerin, dersi tekrarlamaları durumunda, yeniden devam şartı aranmaz. Derse devam eden öğrenciler, her dönem için bir ara sınav ve bir final sınavına girerler. | Further Info | In this program, assessment and grading are conducted according to Necmettin Erbakan University Education and Assessment regulations for Associate and Undergraduate degrees. Students are obliged to attend classes, practices and examinations. Minimum mandatory attendance is 70% for theoretical courses. Students who do not fulfill these conditions cannot take semester exams. Student attendance is monitored by course managers. If a student has already took the course and failed, in case of repeating this course, attendance is not required. Exams are measured out of 100 points. The midterm, final and make-up exam results of a course are shown by numerical scores. If a student misses an exam, his/her score is considered as zero. The raw achievement score is calculated by adding 60% of the final exam score (or make-up exam score) to the 40% of the average midterm exam score. Overall achievement score of a student is calculated in accordance with “Erciyes University Relative Evaluation System”. As a result of this evaluation, students will receive a letter grade as an overall achievement score, explanation and coefficient of which are given below. Achievement Score Coefficient AA 4.00 BA 3.50 BB 3.00 CB 2.50 CC 2.00 DC 1.50 DD 1.00 FF 0.00 NA 0.00 UB 0.00 When a student receives any of AA, BA, BB, CB and CC in a course, s/he is considered as successful.
