| Access Requirements | Admission requirements: For thesis option, an ALES score of 55 or above. For non-thesis option, there is no ALES requirement. A YDS score of 50 or above or an equivalent score on an equivalent internationational English proficiency exam. For male students, verification of the completion or deferment of the military duty. | |
| Conditions for Success | Thesis option: Students must complete at least 24 credits (at least 8 courses), a seminar course, and an M.A. thesis. No credit is given for Seminar course and thesis, which are evaluated on a “pass or fail” basis. In AKTS terms, the students should complete at least 60 AKTS credits during an academic year, 9 courses (including a seminar course), an M.A. thesis and a total of 130 AKTS credits. Non-thesis option: Students must complete at least 30 credits/90AKTS credits (10 courses) and an M.A. Project. The student has to register for the M.A. Project and submit a written report at the end of the relevant term. M.A. Project is evaluated on a“pass or fail” basis. | |
