Mültidisipliner İngilizce “İlaç Araştıma ve Geliştirme” Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programı’nın amacı Türkiye’de ilaç keşif ve tasarım ile ilgili ArGe insan gücü eksikliklerini gidermeyi hedeflemektedir.
- İlaç araştırma ve geliştirme alanlarında uluslararası gelişmeleri sürekli olarak, bağımsız ve bilimsel yönden değerlendirir, yeni teknikleri öğrenir ve uygular ve bu yeni bilgileri başkalarına öğretir ve iletir.
- Bağımsız bir şekilde, yüksek uluslararası standartlarda ve etik kurallara bağlı kalarak bilimsel çalışmalarını yürütür.
- İlaç araştırma ve geliştirme alanlarında güncel gelişmeleri ve kendi çalışmalarını, alanındaki ve alan dışındaki gruplara, yazılı, sözlü ve görsel olarak sistemli ve ikna edici biçimde aktarabilir.
- Araştırmalarda ve projelerde karşılaşacağı sorunlara bilimsel çözümler önerir.
- İlaç araştırma ve geliştirme alanlarında özelleşerek araştırma projesi tasarlama, tez hazırlama ve sonuçların değerlendirilmesi konusunda yeterliliğe sahiptir.
Bu programı tamamlayan mezunlar, ilaç ArGe ile ilgili alanlarda, üniversitelerde akademik ya da endüstride iş imkanı bulabilmektedir.

| Description | Graduates will be capable of keeping constant track of the latest developments in drug research and development. They will do so in an independent and scientifically sound manner. They will be capable of learning and applying new techniques and teach it to others.Graduates will perform their research projects in an independent manner, complying to high international standards and according to the latest ethical guidelines.Graduates will present and report information concerning the latest developments in their fields and their research data to both colleagues and laymen in a clear and persuasive way. Graduates will present scientifically sound solutions to problems occurring during their research and other projects.Graduates will become specialists in their own drug research and development field and will be capable of designing projects, prepare and finish thesis and reports, and validate and discuss data. | |

| Further Info | For each course, midterm exam/ homework/ project etc. and a final exam are held by instructor of the course. The evaluation criteria for each course are indicated in the course information packs. Final exams must be held at the date range specified in the academic calendar which is announced by Institute of Health Sciences at the beginning of the year.The instructors evaluate all the performed work, homework, midterm exams and final exam within the semester and grade according to the passing grade system determined by the Institute.The student must fulfil the conditions laid down by the Bezmialem Vakif University Graduate Education and Training Regulation. Apart from these requirements:1. For the student to start his/her thesis;- Successful completion of all compulsory graduate courses together with minimum 21 credits or 60 ECTS credits, and enrolment to specialization course and thesis study (60 ECTS credits),- Approval of the ethics committee (if necessary) for the thesis work,- Masters thesis proposal must be submitted to the required committees and accepted,- For follow-up of thesis studies the conditions required by the Bezmialem Foundation University Graduate Education and Training Regulation must be fulfilled.2. Before the thesis defence;- Completion of the required studies for the thesis and writing it in accordance with the standards of the Institute of Health Sciences Thesis Writing Guideline,- During mater education, students are required to present at least one poster/oral presentation in a national / international congress and/or to publish at least one article in national indexed journals (journals published in the TR index) produced from thesis work.3. At the end of the thesis defence;- The student should have accomplished both theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills about the thesis study,- The student should have the capability to use these knowledge and skills,- The thesis study should be approved by the dissertation committee. | |
