- Öğrenci derslere ve uygulamalara devam etmek zorundadır. Teorik derslerin % 30’undan, uygulamaların % 20’sinden fazlasına devam etmeyen ve uygulamalarda başarılı olamayan öğrenci o dersin genel sınavına alınmaz. (2) Tekrarlanan derslerde önceki dönemde devam şartı yerine getirilmiş ise, ara sınavlara girmek kaydıyla bu derslerde devam şartı aranmaz. Ancak, uygulama sınavı yapılan dersler ile sınıf geçme sistemi uygulanan fakülte ve yüksekokullar bu uygulamanın dışındadır. (3) Derslere devam edilip edilmediği, Dekanlık veya Yüksekokul Müdürlüğünce uygun görülen bir yöntemle takip edilir. Devamsız öğrencilerin durumu genel sınavlardan önce ilgili öğretim elemanı tarafından ilân edilir. Sınavlar (1) Sınavlar; ara sınav, genel sınav, bütünleme sınavı, tek ders sınavı, ek sınav, muafiyet sınavı ve mazeret sınavlarıdır. Bu sınavlar yazılı, sözlü, yazılı-sözlü veya uygulamalı olarak yapılabilir. Sınavların sözlü veya uygulamalı olarak yapılacağına ve uygulama, staj, tez, proje ve benzeri çalışmaların nasıl değerlendirileceğine ilgili kurullar karar verir.
- Öğrenciler, sınava ilân edilen gün, saat ve yerde girmek ve öğrenci kimliklerini yanlarında bulundurmak zorundadır. Gerekli görülen hallerde ilgili Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile Cumartesi ve Pazar günleri de sınav yapılabilir. Sınavlara ilişkin belge ve tutanaklar Dekanlık veya Müdürlüklerce en az iki yıl saklanır.
- Öğretim elemanları, ara sınav sonuçlarını genel sınavlar başlamadan en geç onbeş gün önce otomasyon sistemine girmek ve sınav evrakını idareye teslim etmek zorundadırlar. Genel sınav sonuçlarının ise o dersin bütünleme sınavından bir hafta öncesine kadar ilân edilmesi gerekir.
Sınavlara ilişkin esaslar şunlardır:
- Ara sınav: Her ders için her yarıyıl en az bir ara sınav yapılır. Ara sınavların hangi tarihte ve nerede yapılacağı, sınav tarihinden en az iki hafta önce Dekanlık veya Müdürlüklerce tespit ve ilân edilir. Yıllık program uygulanan fakülte ve yüksekokullarda ilgili Kurul kararı ile tek ara sınav yapılabilir. Bir yarıyıl/yıl programında yer alan derslerden bir günde en fazla iki dersin ara sınavı yapılır.
- Genel sınav: Bir dersin genel sınavı, o dersin tamamlandığı yarıyıl veya yıl sonunda yapılır. Genel sınava, devam zorunluluğunu yerine getiren ve uygulamalı olan derslerin uygulamalarından başarılı olan öğrenciler girebilir.
- Bütünleme sınavı: Bir dersin bütünleme sınavı, o dersin genel sınavının bitiminden sonra akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihler arasında yapılır. Bu sınava genel sınava girme hakkına sahip olup da sınava girmeyen veya girdiği halde sınavda yeterli başarıyı sağlayamayan öğrenciler girebilir.
- Tek ders sınavı: Mezuniyetleri için tek dersi kalan öğrenciler, dilekçe ile başvurmaları halinde bütünleme sınavını takip eden bir ay içinde fakülte ve yüksekokullarca açılacak tek ders sınavına girer. Tek ders sınav hakkı, dikey geçişle gelen lisans öğrenimine hazırlık programı öğrencilerine de tanınır. Tek ders sınavına dersi hiç almamış olan ve devamsızlıktan kalan öğrenciler giremez. Bu sınavlarda alınan not; ara sınav şartı aranmadan, en az CC ise öğrenci başarılı sayılır.
- Ek sınav: Ön lisans programlarında dört, dört yıllık lisans programlarında yedi, beş yıllık programlarda sekiz ve altı yıllık programlarda dokuz yıllık öğrenim süresi sonunda mezun olamayan öğrencilere; dilekçeyle başvurmaları halinde, ilgili Yönetim Kurulu kararıyla, bu Yönetmeliğin 16 ncı maddesine göre akademik takvimde belirtilen sürelerde kullanılmak koşuluyla biri bütünleme olmak üzere iki ek sınav hakkı verilir. Ek sınav haklarını kullanma durumunda olan öğrenciler ders kaydı yaptıramaz ve sınav hakkı dışındaki öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamazlar, ancak öğrenci katkı paylarını veya ikinci öğretim ücretlerini ödemeye devam ederler.
- Uygulamalı ve uygulaması olan derslerle ilgili ek sınav şartlarının nasıl yerine getirileceği ilgili Yönetim Kurulunca belirlenir. Ek sınavlarda alınan not; ara sınav şartı aranmadan, en az CC ise öğrenci başarılı sayılır.
- Mazeret sınavı: Mazeret sınavı hakkı, mazereti nedeniyle ara sınavlara giremeyen öğrencilere tanınır. Bunun dışında başka hiçbir sınav için mazeret sınav hakkı verilmez. Ara sınavlara girme hakkı olduğu halde bu sınavlara giremeyen öğrencilerden; haklı ve geçerli mazeretleri ilgili yönetim kurullarınca kabul edilenler, ara sınav haklarını aynı yarıyıl içinde, dekanlık veya yüksekokul müdürlüğünce tespit ve ilân edilen gün yer ve saatte kullanır. Mazeret sınavları için ikinci bir mazeret sınav hakkı verilmez.
- Muafiyet sınavı: Üniversiteye yeni kayıt yaptıran öğrencilerden; ortak zorunlu yabancı dil dersi veya yabancı dil hazırlık sınıfında okumak durumunda olan öğrenciler için, ilgili dil dersinden yarıyıl başında bir sınav açılır. Bu sınavın esasları Senatoca belirlenir.
- Bir ders ile uygulamasının ayrı sınavlarla değerlendirilebileceğine ve bunların birbiriyle bağlantılı olduğuna, öğrenciye mezuniyet tezi veya çalışması yaptırılması halinde bunların değerlendirme esaslarına ilgili yönetim kurulları karar verir.
Sınav sonucuna itiraz : Öğrenciler sınav sonuçlarına, notların ilânından itibaren en geç beş işgünü içinde Dekanlığa veya yüksekokul müdürlüğüne yazılı olarak maddi hata itirazında bulunabilir. Further Info | (1) The student has to attend classes and practices. Students who do not attend more than 30% of the theoretical courses, 20% of the applications and who are not successful in the applications are not taken to the general examination of the course. (2) If the continuation condition is fulfilled in the previous semester in repeating courses, attendance condition is not required in these courses by entering the midterms. However, the courses that apply to the examination and the faculties and colleges to which the passing system is applied are outside this practice. (3) Whether the courses are continued or not is followed by a method appropriate to the Deans Office or the Office of the Vocational School. The status of non-attendance students is announced by the relevant teaching staff before the general examinations. exams (1) Examinations; Midterm exam, general exam, makeup exam, single course exam, additional exam, exemption exam and make-up exams. These exams can be written, oral, written-oral or practical. The committees decide how to conduct the tests verbally or practically and how to evaluate the practices, internship, thesis, project and similar studies. B) General examination: A general examination of a course is made at the end of the semester or year when the course is completed. General test, students who fulfill attendance requirements and who are successful in the application of the courses that they are applying for may be admitted. C) Make-up exam: A make-up exam is made between the dates specified in the academic calendar after the completion of the course. This test may take students who have the right to enter the general examination and who do not enter the examination or who are unable to provide sufficient success in the examination. Ç) Single course examination: Students who have only one course for their graduation will take the single course examination to be opened by the faculties and vocational schools within one month following the completion examination. Single course exams are also available to students who are preparing for the undergraduate program. Students who have never taken a course in a single course examination and who are absent from attendance can not enter. Note taken in these examinations; The student is deemed successful if at least CC is not sought before the midterm condition. D) Extra exam: Students who are not able to graduate at the end of the nine-year study period in eight- and six-year programs in seven, five-year programs in four-year undergraduate programs, The applicant shall be entitled to two additional examinations, one of which is to be completed, provided that they are used within the periods specified in the academic calendar according to the 16th article of this Regulation by the relevant Board of Directors decision. Students who are in the process of using additional examinations can not register for classes and can not benefit from student rights other than the right to take the exam, but they continue to pay student tuition fees or tuition fees. Objection to the result of the exam (1) Students may lodge an objection to the examination results in writing to the Dean or the higher education directorate within five working days at the latest from the announcement of the grades. If a material error is found after the objection, the necessary corrections made by taking the opinion of the related course officer will be determined with the decision of the Board of Directors and the result will be informed to the student. Success note (1) Students after a general / makeup examination of a course; 40% of the midterm / exam grade average and 60% of the general / total exam grade are taken into account and the lecturer is given a letter grade by the course instructor. In order for the student to be considered successful, the letter grade must be at least CC.
