- In order to register to the university, it is required to have graduated from secondary education institutions and to have the exam made by Measuring Selection and Placement Center about associate and undergraduate education.
- In order to be able to enroll in programs that accept students with a special aptitude test, it is necessary to be successful in the special ability examination and to meet the requirements of article 45 of Higher Education Law No. 2547 and other related legislation.
- Foreign students and students who complete their secondary education abroad, the conditions stated in the principles determined by Council of Higher Education and the Senate and the conditions required by the other legislation should be met in order for the students to register for the units in accordance with the paragraph (f) of the first paragraph of Article 45 of the Law No. 2547.
- The registration procedures of the students of the programs to be organized jointly by the university with a university abroad shall be carried out according to the legislation and Senate decisions.
