Üniversiteye kayıt olabilmek için, ortaöğretim kurumlarından mezun olmak ve ön lisans ve lisans öğrenimiyle ilgili, ÖSYM'nin yaptığı sınavı kazanmış olmak; özel yetenek sınavı ile öğrenci kabul eden programlara kayıt olabilmek için ise özel yetenek sınavında başarılı olmak ve 2547 sayılı Yükseköğretim Kanununun 45 inci maddesi ve ilgili diğer mevzuatın aradığı koşulları taşımak gerekir.

Başarma ŞartlarıBir öğrencinin mezun olabilmesi için toplam 240 AKTS kredisini başarı ile tamamlaması zorunludur. Kayıtlı olduğu programın öğretim planında gösterilen zorunlu derslerle, ders planında yer alan toplam AKTS kredisini sağlayacak şekilde seçmeli dersleri ve stajları, bitirme projelerini başaran, DD ve DC notları dâhil olmak üzere ağırlıklı genel not ortalamasını en az 2,00 düzeyine çıkarmış öğrenciler öğrenimini bitirmiş/tamamlamış sayılır.

İnşaat mühendisleri, kamu ve özel sektörde geniş yelpazede iş imkanına sahiptir. Mezunlar; Karayolları, Devlet Su İşleri, Yerel Yönetimler başta olmak üzere pek çok kamu kurumunda çalışabilecekleri gibi ayrıca kendi işlerini de kurabilirler.

1) The success of the student in a course is determined by the relative assessment method in the associate degree and bachelors degree education and training. This assessment is determined by considering the success of the student during the semester studies and the grade taken from the final exam and taking into consideration the overall success level of the class.

(2) Success in a course is determined by the grade of success. The meanings of the success grade letters are:

     a) A course (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB) and (CC) is one of the students who are considered to be successful in that course.

b) Students who take one of the (DC) and (DD) grades from a course are considered conditionally successful. 

c) A student who receives a (FD) or (FF) grade from a course is considered unsuccessful.

d) A student who receives a (VF) grade from a course cannot take the final exam and is considered unsuccessful.

(3) Other letters used in addition to success grade letters have the following meanings:

a) BL: Non-credit course.

b) BZ: Non-credit course failed.

c) T: It is a sign that the students have been withdrawn from a course in which they are registered within the specified period.

d) E: The project is given to the student who cannot finish his / her work within the determined time in the project / completion design project and similar studies. The course will be determined by the instructor who will give the course. Students who cannot complete their studies in the specified period are given FF grade.

Evaluation of the grade grade is made according to the relative evaluation system by taking into account the grade average and the distribution of the grades by considering the general success level of the class together with the raw achievement grade. Students who do not take the final exam are given FF grade. The principles of relative evaluation are regulated by the Senate. In order to a student to graduate, he / she has to complete 240 ECTS credits successfully. Students who have successfully completed the elective courses, internships and graduation projects in the course plan, including the DD and DC grades, have at least 2.00.

Access Requirements
  • In order to register to the university, it is required to have graduated from secondary education institutions and to have the exam made by Measuring Selection and Placement Center about associate and undergraduate education.
  • In order to be able to enroll in programs that accept students with a special aptitude test, it is necessary to be successful in the special ability examination and to meet the requirements of article 45 of Higher Education Law No. 2547 and other related legislation.
  • Foreign students and students who complete their secondary education abroad, the conditions stated in the principles determined by Council of Higher Education and the Senate and the conditions required by the other legislation should be met in order for the students to register for the units in accordance with the paragraph (f) of the first paragraph of Article 45 of the Law No. 2547.
  • The registration procedures of the students of the programs to be organized jointly by the university with a university abroad shall be carried out according to the legislation and Senate decisions.
  • The admission requirements and final registration procedures of the students to be taken with the special talent exam are prepared by the related unit and determined by the Senate.
  • Specific student admission requirements and final registration procedures are determined by the Senate.
Conditions for SuccessIn order to a student to graduate, he / she has to complete 240 ECTS credits successfully.
