| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Ara sınavlar, sınav tarihleri ve sınanacak bilgi konularının önceden duyurulduğu sınavlardır. Ara sınavların sayısı ve zamanı, ilgili öğretim elemanı ya da ders kurulu koordinatörü tarafından yıl/yarıyıl/ders kurulu başında öğrencilere duyurulur. Ara sınavlar, o ders için haftalık ders programında gösterilmiş saatler içinde yapılır. Gerekli görülen hallerde Senato tarafından ara sınav takviminde değişiklik yapılabilir.Öğretim elemanları, bir yarıyılda sayı ve zamanını önceden duyurmadıkları kısa sınavları da ders saatinin bir bölümünü ayırarak yapabilirler.Sağlık nedenleri tam teşekküllü sağlık kuruluşlarından alınmış rapor ile belgelenmesi koşulu ile, doğal afetler mahallin en büyük mülki amirince verilecek bir belge ile belgelenmiş olması şartı ile veya fakülte/yüksekokul yönetim kurulunca kabul edilen haklı diğer bir nedene dayalı olarak belirtilen tarihlerde ara sınava giremeyen öğrenciler için, sınavdan en az üç gün önceden duyurulmak suretiyle, aynı yarıyıl içinde ilgili ders içinmazeret sınavı açılabilir. Haklı nedenin, en geç ara sınavı izleyen veya engelin kalktığı andan itibaren beş iş günü içerisinde ilgili fakülte dekanlığına/yüksekokul müdürlüğüne yazılı olarak bildirilmesi gerekir. Sağlık sorunları ile ilgili mazeretlerin tam teşekküllü sağlıkkuruluşlarından alınan sağlık raporuyla belgelendirilmesi şarttır. Raporlu olunan süre içerisinde girilen sınavlar geçersiz sayılır. Number and time of mid-term exams are announced to the students at the beginning of the year / semester / course board by the relevant instructor or the course board coordinator. Mid-term exams are held within the hours shown in the weekly schedule. If deemed necessary, the Senate may modify the midterm calendar.Instructors may take part of the quizzes that they do not pre-announce their number and time in a semester by separating a part of the course hours.For students who have not been able to take the mid-term exam on the dates specified on the basis of a justifiable reason given by the board of directors of the faculty / school, provided that natural disasters are documented with the certificate of the highest civilian authority, provided that the health reasons are documented by a report from full-fledged health institutions; for the related course within the same semesterThe excuse exam can be opened. The just cause must be notified in writing to the related faculty dean / school directorate within five working days following the latest mid-term exam or at the latest within five working days from the date of the discontinuation. Full-fledged health of excuses related to health problemsIt must be documented with the medical report from their organizations. The exams entered during the reporting period are considered invalid. There is no excuse for exams.The exams may be written, oral or both written and oral.
