- Temel İşletme fonksiyonları muhasebe, finans, pazarlama, üretim yönetimi, yönetim ve organizasyon ile ve işletmecilikte sıklıkla kullanılan sayısal tekniklerle ilgili teorik bilgiye sahip olma.
- Edindiği bilgiyi, tanımlanmış bir hedef doğrultusunda işletme fonksiyonları ile ilgili bir süreci her aşamasında tasarlamak için kullanabilme.
- İşletmelerde karşılaşılan problemleri tanımlayabilme ve çözüm geliştirmek için niteliksel ve nicel yöntemleri uygulayarak veri toplayabilme, verileri düzenleyebilme, verileri analiz edebilme, analiz sonuçlarını yorumlayabilme.
- İşletmeciliğin gerektirdiği temel bilişim teknolojilerini kullanabilme.
- İşletme bilimi ile ilgili diğer disiplinlere (iktisat, hukuk, yönetim bilişim sistemleri, sayısal yöntemler vb.) ilişkin temel bilgilere sahip olma ve işletme alanında bu bilgilerden yararlanma.
- Özellikle İşletme alanına ilişkin Almancayı ileri seviyede yazılı ve sözlü iletişim kurabilecek düzeyde kullanabilme.
- Yapı ve içerik açısından kaliteli dokümanlar hazırlama ve sunumlar hazırlamak.
- Kendi kendine öğrenme becerisi ile öğrenme gereksinimlerini belirleyebilme ve bunun giderilmesine yönelik çalışmalar sürdürebilme.
- Yaşam boyu öğrenme ve sorgulama bilinci ile İşletme alanı ile ilgili yeniliklere, bireysel ve kurumsal gelişime açık olma.
- İşletmeyi ilgilendiren konularda takım çalışması yaparak bilgi ve teknikleri paylaşabilme, birlikte geliştirebilme ve uygulayabilme.
