İşletme politikalarına temel oluşturan diğer disiplinlerden yararlanabilmek ve bu disiplinler arasındaki etkileşimi kavrayabilme. İşletme disiplinine ilişkin temel problemleri bilimsel yöntemlerle inceleyebilmek, verileri yorumlayabilmek, değerlendirebilmek ve stratejiler geliştirebilmek. İşletme problemlerine ilişkin uygulamada karşılaşılan ve öngörülemeyen karmaşık sorunları çözmek için bireysel ve grup üyesi olarak sorumluluk alabilmek ve çözüm üretebilmek. İşletmenin temel alanlarında edindiği bilgi ve becerileri eleştirel bir yaklaşımla değerlendirebilmek, bilgiden bilgi üretebilmek, öğrenme gereksinimlerini belirleyebilmek ve öğrenme sürecini ileri düzeyde yönlendirebilmek. Uzman ya da uzman olmayan kişileri, İşletme ile ilgili konularda bilgilendirmek, onlara düşüncelerini problemleri ve çözüm yöntemlerini nicel ve nitel verilerle destekleyerek paylaşabilmek. İşletmenin kuramsal boyutlarına ilişkin tartışmaları yorumlayabilmek ve değerlendirebilmek. İşletme disiplinini doğrudan ya da dolaylı etkileyen bölgesel ve küresel konuları/sorunları tanımlayabilmek, kanıtlara ve araştırmalara dayalı çözüm önerileri ve stratejiler geliştirebilmek. İşletme politika ve stratejilerinin klasik ve güncel kuramları, aralarındaki farklılıkları ve ilişkileri tanımlayabilmek, değerlendirebilmek ve yorumlayabilmek. İşletme alanında verilerin toplanması, yorumlanması, duyurulması ve uygulanması aşamalarında toplumsal, bilimsel ve etik değerlere sahip olmak ve bu değerleri özümsemek. İşletme alanında farklı sorunları algılayabilmek ve fırsat olarak değerlendirebilmek ve disiplinler arası çalışmalarda kullanabilme. İşletme faaliyetlerine ilişkin dünyadaki değişen yönelimleri ileri düzeyde izleyebilmek, anlayabilmek, yorumlayabilmek ve analiz edebilme. Yeniliği ve yenilikçi çalışma prensiplerini İşletme alanındaki uygulamalara koyabilmek ve disiplinler arası etkileşim sağlayabilmek. Hedeflerini belirleyip bunlara ulaşmak için girişimlerde bulunabilmek, yaratıcı ve eleştiriye açık olmak ve mesleki yeterliklere ileri düzeyde sahip olmak. Alanındaki bilgileri izleyip kullanabilecek ve meslektaşları ile iletişim kurabilecek ileri düzeyde yabancı dil bilgisine sahip olmak. Alanının gerektirdiği ileri düzeyde bilgisayar yazılımı ve donanımı bilgisine sahip olmak. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerini ileri düzeyde kullanabilmek. To be able to make use of other disciplines that form the basis of business administration. To be able to examine, interpret data, assess the concepts and ideas and develop strategies in the fields of business administration by using scientific methods. To take the responsibility both as an individual and a group member to solve and analyze the unexpected and complex business problems confronted in practice. To assess the knowledge and abilities gained in the fields of business administration critically, produce knowledge from knowledge, determine the learning requirements and guide the learning process in advanced level. To inform experts and non-experts about the subjects of business administration and share ideas, problems and solutions to problems those are supported with qualitative and quantitative data with them. To be able to interpret and evaluate the theoretical dimensions of business administration. To define the regional and global subjects/problems, and to be able to develop solution proposals and strategies based on research and evidence. To be able to define the differences and relationships between classical and contemporary theories of business administration policies and strategies, assess and interpret them. To adopt social, scientific and ethical values in the collection, interpretation, announcement and application phases of data in business administration. To be able to perceive and assess different problems of business administration as an opportunity and use them in the inter-discipline studies. To monitor the changing trends of business administration in the world, to able to understand, interpret and analyze them. Further Info	The measurement and evaluation of a course is made based on mid-term exam, other within semester course educational activities if any, final exam and make-up exam if it exists. The contribution percentage of within semester educational activities and final examination to final grade is determined by the instructor prior to the registration week and announced to the students in the first week of the semester. The contribution percentage of within semester activities is supposed to be between 40%-70 and contribution percentage of final and make-up exams are supposed to be between 60%-30.

Conditions for Success	The purpose of Master with thesis program is to provide the student with the competences of reaching information via carrying out scientific research, evaluating and interpreting information. This program is composed of 120 ECTS credits, with 7 courses at least, of which is not less than 21 local credits, seminar course, expertise field course and thesis. Terms for proficiency for graduation comprises of completing all the courses successfully having 2.00 GPA (Grade Point Average) over 4.00 and completing the thesis successfully.
