| Description | To raise individuals who have basic conceptual knowledge about Business Administration, the relationship between practices and conceptual knowledge and able to understand interdisciplinary relationships. Having ability to make and plan researches in Business Administration Field besides having knowledge to process data in advance level. Having ability to report gained knowledge in the Business Administration Field, to make studies according to the academic rules and able to by report them to the relevant individuals. Having ability to use knowledge about Business Administration Field, combining knowledge gained from different fields and present those studies written or oral in national or international meetings. Taking responsibility either individual or team work; managing the possible problems, leading the team when it is needed and solving current problems. Being equipped with lifelong learning and having principle of questioning principle, following national and international publications by keeping their motivations high all the time, finding out the missing both in knowledge and practice about Business Administration Field. Having critical aspect to the knowledge gain in Business Administration Field, interpreting that knowledge wisely and using current knowledge for contributing to the field. Having ability to present data, which is collected scientifically, either written or oral. Ability to use a foreign language at least European Language Portfolio B2 Overall Level to communicate and to develop social relationships.
