Yüksek lisans programına başvurabilmek için adayların Yükseköğretim Kurulunca denkliği kabul edilmiş bir lisans diplomasına veya geçici mezuniyet belgesine sahip olmaları gerekir. Ayrıca, ÖSYM tarafından yapılan ALES'den ilgili puan türünde en az 55 standart puana sahip olması gerekmektedir. Yüksek lisansa öğrenci kabulünde yapılacak değerlendirmede adayın not ortalaması 100’lük sisteme göre değerlendirilir. ALES puanının %50’si, lisans not ortalamasının %40’ı ve yabancı dil puanının %10’u alınarak toplanır. Bu toplamın en az 60 puan olması gerekir. | Başarma Şartları | Tezli yüksek lisans programı 24 ulusal kredi ve 120 AKTS’den az olmamak koşuluyla en az yedi ders, seminer ve tez/sanat çalışmasını içeren özel konulu derslerden oluşur. Tezli yüksek lisans öğrencisinin alacağı derslerin en çok iki tanesi, lisans öğrenimi sırasında alınmamış olması koşuluyla, lisans derslerinden de seçilebilir. Ayrıca, dersler danışmanın görüşü doğrultusunda, ilgili anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulu onayı ile diğer yükseköğretim kurumlarında verilmekte olan lisansüstü derslerden de seçilebilir. Seminer dersi ve tez çalışması yerel kredi sistemine göre kredisiz olup başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir. Öğrenci, en geç üçüncü yarıyılın başından itibaren her yarıyıl tez çalışmasına kayıt yaptırmak zorundadır. Tezli yüksek lisans programındaki bir öğrenci tezi ile ilgili elde ettiği sonuçları, ilgili enstitünün tez yazım kurallarına uygun biçimde yazmak ve tezini jüri önünde sözlü olarak savunmak zorundadır. Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, red veya düzeltme kararı verir. Tezi hakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç üç ay içinde gereğini yaparak tezini aynı jüri önünde tekrar savunur. Bu savunma sonunda da tezi kabul edilmeyen öğrencinin kaydı silinir. | |

| Access Requirements | The number of students to be admitted to graduate programs, the qualifications to be searched for in the students, the deadline, the required documents and other matters are announced. In order to apply to the graduate program, candidates must have a bachelor's degree or a temporary graduation certificate approved by the Council of Higher Education. In addition, it is required to have at least 55 standard points in the relevant score type from ALES made by OSYM. The grade average of the candidates who will be assessed for admission to the master's degree is evaluated according to the 100's system. 50% of the ALES score, 40% of the grade point average and 10% of the foreign language score are collected. This sum should be at least 60 points. Candidates who do not have foreign language certificate from international foreign language examination which is accepted as equivalence by YDS or ÖSYM are calculated by accepting foreign language score as zero. Candidates above this base score are placed according to the quotas announced and ranked from the highest point. In case of equal score, a candidate with a high ALES score is preferred. | |
| Conditions for Success | The programme consists of at least 7 courses, seminars and thesis that are not less than 24 national credits and 120 ECTS. Up to two courses of thesis master's degree students can be selected from undergraduate courses provided that they are not taken during undergraduate study. In addition, the courses may be selected from the graduate courses offered at other higher education institutions in line with the opinion of the advisor, with the recommendation of the head of the department concerned and with the approval of the institute board of directors. The seminar course and thesis work are evaluated as successful or unsuccessful according to the local credit system. The student has to register for each semester thesis study since the beginning of the third semester at the latest. A student in a thesis graduate program must write the results of thesis related to the dissertation writing rules of the relevant institute and defend his thesis orally in front of the jury. After the completion of the thesis examination, the jury decides acceptance, rejection or correction of the thesis with absolute majority. The student who has been given a correction for the thesis shall make his / her dissertation within three months at the latest and defend his thesis again in front of the same jury. At the end of this defense, the student who is not accepted as a thesis is deleted. | |
