| Başarma Şartları | Yüksek lisans derecesini elde etmek için Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim-Öğretim Yönetmeliğinin 26. maddesinin koşullarını sağlamak; en az yedi ders ve bir seminer dersini almış olmak; toplamda en az 120 AKTS kredisine karşılık gelen dersi başarı ile tamamlamış olmak; 4’lük sisteme göre en az 2,75 genel akademik ortalamayı elde etmiş olmak gerekmektedir. | |

- Bu prograöı başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler:
- Kamu Hukukunda elde edilen bilgi ve becerilere eleştirel bir yaklaşımla değerlendirmek.
- Kamu Hukuku alanında bilimsel kurallara riayet edecek tarzda akademik çalışmalar geliştirmek.
- Kamu hukuku ile ilgili akademik çalışmalarda kuramsal ve normatif bilgileri somut hukuki ihtilaflara uygulayarak değerlendirme ve yorumlama yeteneğini geliştirmek.
- Ulusal veya uluslararası hakemli dergilerde basılabilir makaleler hazırlayabilmek.
- En az bir yabancı dilde, ileri düzeyde yazılı, sözlü ve görsel iletişim kurabilmek ve tartışabilmek.
- Çağdaş ve evrensel bir bakış açısıyla çeşitli hukuksal sorunları mantığa ve adalete uygun olarak çözebilme yeteneğine sahip olmak.
Derslerde uygulanan ölçme değerlendirme yöntemleri ders bilgi paketlerinde yer alan “Değerlendirme Sistemi” başlığı altında tanımlanmıştır. Sınavlar ve başarı notları ile ilgili olarak Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim-Öğretim Yönetmeliğinin ilgili maddeleri uygulanır.
Bu programa kayıt olabilmek için öğrenciler aşağıdaki koşulları taşımalıdır:
- Üniversitelerin 4 yıllık eğitim veren lisans programlarının Hukuk Fakültesinden mezun olmak,
- Lisans mezuniyet notu en az 2.50 (4’lük sistemde) olmak,
- ALES (EA) puanından en az 55 almış olmak veya dengi (GMAT-GRE) puanına sahip olmak (Yabancı Uyruklular Hariç),
- Programa Başvuru için KPDS-ÜDS-YDS-YÖKDİL-e- YDS sınavlarından en az 55 puan veya Uluslararası Yabancı Dil Sınavlarından eşdeğer puan almış olmak,
- Yabancı uyruklular için programa kabul edilenlerin öğrenim ücretinden düşülmek üzere 100,00 Türk Lirası Başvuru Ücretini TR76 0001 2009 4110 0006 0000 14 numaralı hesaba yatırmış olmak.
Programın mezunları, hukuk alanında doktora öğrenimine devam etmek için gerekli temel kavramsal ve yöntemsel donanımı elde ederler. Upon the successful completion of this programme:
- Students will be able to:Evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired in Public Law with a critical approach.
- Develop academic studies in accordance with scientific rules in the field of Public Law.
- Develop the evaluating and interpreting ability in academic studies related to Public Law by applying theoretical and normative information to concrete legal disputes.
