Fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon alanında bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişimleri izleyen, eğitim, araştırma ve uygulamalarında ileri ve derin bilgi, beceri ve tutum kazanmış, bilgilerini klinik ve bilimsel çalışmalarla bütünleştirebilen, sonuçlarını yorumlayabilen, yaşam boyu öğrenmeye devam edebilen, fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon ile ilgili eğitim programlarına katkı verebilen, ulusal ve uluslar arası düzeyde uzman fizyoterapistler yetiştirmektir.
- Kardiyopulmoner Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon alanı ile ilgili kuramsal ve uygulamalı kavram ve prensipleri kullanarak kardiyopulmoner fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon uygulamaları için ileri düzey değerlendirme, tanımlama ve planlamayı bilir. Kardiyopulmoner Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon alanında özgün araştırmalar planlar, yürütür, istatistiksel analiz yapar.
- Bilgiye etkin/hızlı ulaşma yollarına karar verir ve uygular. Edindiği ileri düzeydeki bilgi ve becerileri kullanarak fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon programını sistematik ve güvenli olarak etik ilkeler çerçevesinde uygular; gerektiği durumda sonlandırır veya değiştirir.
- Kardiyopulmoner Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon alanında güncel yaklaşımları kullanarak bilimsel araştırmalar yapar. Elde edilen sonuçları kanıta dayalı olarak klinik uygulamalara aktarır, sonuçlarını ulusal-uluslararası bilimsel toplantılarda sunar, hakemli dergilerde yayınlar.
- Toplum sağlığını koruma davranışına yönelik girişimlerde bulunur; toplumun kardiyopulmoner fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon alanında değişen ve çeşitlenen ihtiyaçlarına uygun sağlık politikalarının üretilmesine katkıda bulunur.
- Sahip olduğu bilgi birikimini kullanarak mesleki ve akademik çalışmaları bağımsız olarak yürütür ve bu alanda çalışan diğer meslek grupları ile etkin iletişim ve işbirliği içinde ekip üyesi olarak çalışır ve sorumluluk üstlenir. Çalışmaları sırasında etik standartlara bağlılık gösterir.

All graduates plan, conduct and analyze statistical research and plans specific to cardiopulmonary physiotherapy and rehabilitation.All graduates determine the learning resources, access to the resources effectively and quickly. All graduates apply physiotherapy and rehabilitation program by using further level knowledge and skills with in the order of systematically and safely ethic rules; finish or change treatment protocols if necessary.All graduates make scientific research using current approaches in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy and rehabilitation. The results obtained are transferred to clinical applications based on evidence, the results are presented at national and international scientific meetings, and published in prestigious journals.All graduates are involved in initiatives to promote community health; the community contributes to the production of health policies that are appropriate for the changing and diverse needs of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy and rehabilitation.All graduates carry out their vocational and academic work independently by using the knowledge they possess and work and take responsibility as a team member in effective communication and cooperation with other occupational groups working in this field.
