Başarma Şartları | Tezli programdan mezun olmak için 3 zorunlu ve 4 seçmeli olmak üzere 7 kredili ders, kredisiz olan yüksek lisans semineri ve yüksek lisans tezi (toplam 21 kredi) alınması gerekir. Programı başarı ile bitirmek için 4.00 üzerinden 2.70 ortalama gerekmektedir. Öğrenci, tez konusunun belirlenmesini izleyen yarıyıl başından itibaren her yarıyıl tez ve teze ilişkin derslere kayıt yaptırmak zorundadır. Öğrenci, elde ettiği sonuçları Senato tarafından belirlenen tez yazım kılavuzuna uygun biçimde yazar ve tezini jüri önünde sözlü olarak savunur. Sözlü sınavda başarılı olanlar mezuniyet hakkını kazanırlar. | |

- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm alanında özgün çalışmalar gerçekleştirebilmek için gerekli, uzmanlık düzeyinde bilgiye sahip olur.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm alanında mevcut bilgi birikimini, yazını, çalışmaları ve projeleri anlayıp, eleştirel bir yaklaşımla çok boyutlu değerlendirebilecek farkındalığa sahip olur.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm alanında gerçekleştirilecek çalışmalar için gerekli sorun tespit etme, analitik düşünme, problem çözme ve karar verme gibi bilişsel ve pratik becerilere sahip olur.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm konusunda kazandığı bilgi, kavrayış ve problem çözme becerilerini disiplinler arası bağlamlar içerisinde uygulama becerisine sahip olur.
- Farklı alanlardan gelen bilgiyi kullanarak kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm alanında yeni bilgi ve yöntemler geliştirebilir ve problem çözme becerisine sahip olur.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm konusunda uzmanlık gerektiren bir çalışmayı bağımsız yürütebilir.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm konusuyla doğrudan ya da dolaylı ilgili konu ve projelerde araştırma, saha çalışması, uygulama ve öğrenim süreçlerini yönetebilir, ekip çalışmalarında uzman olarak sorumluluk alabilir.
- Öğrenimini kendi başına ya da bağımsız sürdürmeye olanak veren öğrenme ve araştırma yapma becerilerine sahip olur.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm konusunda yürüttüğü ya da parçası olduğu çalışma ve uygulamalara ilişkin ilgili paydaşlarla sözlü, yazılı ya da görsel iletişim kurabilir, görüş ve önerilerini paylaşabilir.
- Bir yabancı dili en az Avrupa Dil Portföyü B2 Genel Düzeyinde kullanarak, Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşümle ilgili temel kavramları öğrenir, çalışmaları için gerekli kaynak taramasını yapabilir.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm konusunda analiz, planlama ve tasarım yapmasını sağlayacak bilgisayar yazılımlarını ve iletişim teknolojilerini uzmanlık düzeyinde kullanabilir.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşümü doğrudan ya da dolaylı ilgilendiren konularda eleştirel yaklaşır, araştırma yapar, sonuçları sentezler ve sistematize eder; bu süreçleri ulusal ve uluslararası ortamlarda yazılı, sözlü ya da görsel olarak sunabilir.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm karar ve uygulamalarının toplumsal, ekonomik, çevresel ve etik açıdan getirdiği sorumlulukların bilincinde olarak çalışmalarını gerçekleştirir.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm alanındaki çalışmalarını kentsel yaşam kalitesi çerçevesinde değerlendirerek gerçekleştirir.
- Kentsel tasarım ve dönüşüm alanının çok boyutlu ve disiplinlerarası yapısının ve farklı ölçeklerde çalışmaya imkân verdiğinin farkında olarak analiz, strateji ve politika geliştirme, tasarım, planlama ve/veya uygulama projeleri gerçekleştirebilir.
- Sınavlar, değerlendirme ve notlandırma işlemleri Çankaya Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliğine göre yürütülmektedir.
- Sınavlarda uygulanan kurallar Çankaya Üniversitesi Sınav Yönergesine göre yürütülmektedir.
- Şehir ve Bölge Planlama, Mimarlık, İnşaat Mühendisliği, Jeoloji /Geomatik Mühendisliği, Harita Mühendisliği, Peyzaj Mimarlığı, İktisat, İşletme, Kamu Yönetimi ve Siyaset Bilimi, Sosyoloji ve eğitim programı bu programların eğitim programına benzer lisans programlarından mezun olmak. Üniversite son sınıf öğrencileri yüksek lisans programlarına başvurabilirler. Ancak, kesin kayıt sırasında mezuniyetlerini belgelemek zorundadırlar.
- Yapılacak yazılı ve mülakat türündeki bilim sınavında başarılı olmak.

Ability to evaluate the available knowledge, literature, studies and projects in the field of urban design and transformation in a multi-dimensional and critical approach Practical and cognitive ability for problem definition, analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making in the field of urban design and transformation Ability to apply the acquired knowledge, understanding and problem solving capacities within inter-disciplinary contexts.
