- CNC makineleri kullanmak, programı oluşturmak ve CNC makinelerde imalat ve üretim yapabilme yeteneği kazanmak.
- Malzemeyi tanıma, malzemelerin üretim yöntemlerini bilme, malzemeleri ayırt edebilme ve malzemeleri uygulayabilme yeteneğine sahip olmak.
- Ölçme, kontrol alet ve takımları bilmek, bunları kullanabilme yeteneğine sahip olmak ve kalite kontrol birimlerinde imalat esnasında ve sonrasında imalat sürecine katkıda bulunabilmek.
- Mobilya imalatında kullanılan endüstriyel makine ve teçhizatın için gerekli olan Basınçlı hava, Hidrolik - Pnomatik tanıma, çalışma prensibini bilmek, periyodik bakım ve onarımlarını yapabilme yeteneğine sahip olmak.
- Mobilya ve Dekorasyon işlerinin tasarımında, üretimimde, imalatında kullanılan ana, yardımcı ve tamamlayıcı olarak kullanılan ürünlerin kullanılacak ortama uygunluğu, ortam şartları göz önünde bulundurularak, malzeme üzerimde oluşabilecek olumsuzlukları önceden tahmin ederek gerekli uygulamaları yapmak ve uygulayabilmek.
- Alışma hayatında iş sağlığının ve iş güvenliğinin önemi bilincine sahip olmak, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili kurallara her zaman uymak, çalıştığı tezgâh-sistem- birim ile ilgili risk analizleri yapabilmek, acil durumlarda yapılacakları ve ilk yardım uygulamalarını bilmek ve gerektiğinde yapabilme yeteneğine sahip olmak.
- Seri imalat yöntemlerini bilmek, seri imalatta kullanılan makineleri kullanabilme, özellikle seri imalat için aparatları ve yardımcı elamanları tasarlayabilme ve yapabilme becerisine sahip olmak.
- İşletme yönetiminin işlevlerini yerine getirebilmek, üretim sürecini yönetebilme, basit matematiksel işlemler ile maliyet- gelir-gider hesaplamalarını yapabilme yeteneğine sahip olmak.
