| Başarma Şartları | (1) Zorunlu derslerden ve seminerlerden başarılı olan, zorunlu kredilerini tamamlayan öğrenciyeterlik sınavına girer. Yeterlik sınavı, yazılı ve sözlü olarak iki bölüm halinde yapılır. Yeterlik sınavının yapılacağı yer ve zaman Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından en az on beş gün önce enstitüye bildirilir. Doktora yeterlikkomitesi, sınav jürisinin önerilerini, öğrencinin yazılı ve sözlü sınavlardaki başarı durumunu değerlendirerek,öğrencinin başarılı veya başarısız olduğuna salt çoğunlukla karar verir. Bu karar Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığıncayeterlik sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir. Sınavın sözlü kısmına dinleyiciler katılabilir.Doktora yeterlik sınavının yapılmasında yazılı kısımda en az iki gözetmen bulunur. Kullanılan sınav kâğıtları enstitüonaylı ve jüri imzalı olmalıdır. Yeterlik sınavında yazılı sınavını başaramayan öğrenci sözlü sınava giremez. Yazılı vesözlü sınavda geçerli not doktora derslerindeki başarı notudur. (2) Doktora yeterlik komitesi, yeterlik sınavını başaran bir öğrencinin, ders yükünü tamamlamış olsa bile, toplamkredi miktarının 1/3’ünü geçmemek şartıyla fazladan ders/dersler almasını isteyebilir. (3) Yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilen öğrenci en geç beşinci yarıyılda, lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmişöğrenci ise en geç yedinci yarıyılda yeterlik sınavına girer. (4) Yeterlik sınavında başarısız olan öğrenci başarısız olduğu bölüm/bölümlerden bir sonraki yarıyılda tekrarsınava alınır. Bu sınavda da başarısız olan öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir. MADDE 27 – (1) Doktora programı, bilimsel hazırlıkta geçen süre hariç tezli yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabuledilenler için kayıt olduğu programa ilişkin derslerin verildiği dönemden başlamak üzere, her dönem için kayıtyaptırıp yaptırmadığına bakılmaksızın sekiz yarıyıl olup azami tamamlama süresi on iki yarıyıl; lisans derecesi ilekabul edilenler için on yarıyıl olup azami tamamlama süresi on dört yarıyıldır. (2) Doktora programı için gerekli kredili dersleri başarıyla tamamlamanın azami süresi tezli yüksek lisansderecesi ile kabul edilenler için dört yarıyıl, lisans derecesi ile kabul edilenler için altı yarıyıldır. Bu süre içinde krediliderslerini başarıyla tamamlayamayan veya genel not ortalaması yüzlük sistemde 75’in altında kalan öğrencinin ilgilienstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir. (3) Kredili derslerini başarıyla bitiren, yeterlik sınavında başarılı bulunan ve tez önerisi kabul edilen, ancak tezçalışmasını birinci fıkrada belirtilen on iki veya on dört yarıyıl sonuna kadar tamamlayamayan öğrencinin ilgili enstitüyönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir. (4) Lisans derecesi ile doktora programına başvurmuş öğrencilerden, kredili derslerini ve/veya azami süresiiçinde tez çalışmasını tamamlayamayanlara, doktora tezinde başarılı olamayanlara tezsiz yüksek lisans için gereklikredi yükü, proje ve benzeri diğer şartları yerine getirmiş olmaları kaydıyla talepleri halinde tezsiz yüksek lisansdiploması verilir. MADDE 28 – (1) Doktora programı, tezli yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmiş öğrenciler için toplam yirmibir krediden ve bir eğitim-öğretim dönemi 60 AKTS’den az olmamak koşuluyla en az yedi ders, en az bir seminer,yeterlik sınavı, tez önerisi ve tez çalışması olmak üzere en az 240 AKTS kredisinden oluşur. Lisans derecesi ile kabuledilmiş öğrenciler için de en az kırk iki kredilik 14 ders, iki seminer, yeterlik sınavı, tez önerisi ve tez çalışması olmaküzere toplam en az 300 AKTS kredisinden oluşur. (2) Doktora eğitimine kabul edilen adaylar, ilgili Anabilim dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetimkurulunun onayı ile yüksek lisans öğrenimi sırasında alınmamış olması koşuluyla, derslerin en çok iki tanesini yükseklisans dersleri arasından seçebilir. Lisans dersleri ders yüküne ve doktora kredisine sayılmaz. (3) Öğrencinin farklı Anabilim/Anasanat dallarından, farklı enstitülerden ve üniversitelerden ders almasıdurumunda alacağı dersler, ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulunun onayı ilekesinleşir. Yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmiş öğrenciler için en fazla iki, lisans derecesiyle kabul edilmişöğrenciler için en fazla dört ders seçilebilir. (4) Yüksek lisans eğitimi esnasında alınmamış ise, bilimsel araştırma teknikleri ile araştırma ve yayın etiğikonularını içeren en az bir dersin alınması zorunludur. (5) Ders süresi 45 dakikadır. MADDE 29 – (1) Tez danışmanı, seminerleri yürütmekle yükümlüdür. Öğrenci, en az bir seminer vermekzorundadır. Seminerin sunulacağı yer ve zaman Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından enstitüye bildirilir ve enaz on gün önce ilan edilir. Seminer çalışması kredisiz olup öğretim elemanlarının ve lisansüstü öğrencilerininizlemesine açıktır. Sunulan seminer, tez danışmanının görüşü alınarak Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınınbelirleyeceği üç kişilik jüri tarafından başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir. Seminerden başarısız olunmasıhalinde öğrenci izleyen ilk yarıyılda seminerini tekrarlar. Sonuç, seminer raporunun bir sureti ile birlikte bir tutanaklaAnabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından beş gün içerisinde enstitüye bildirilir. (2) Yeterlik sınavında başarılı olan ağız, diş ve çene cerrahisi anabilim dalı doktora programı öğrencilerinin tezsavunma sınavına girebilmeleri için Anabilim dalı başkanlığınca belirlenen rotasyonlardan en az dördünü yapmalarızorunludur MADDE 30 – (1) Zorunlu derslerden ve seminerlerden başarılı olan, zorunlu kredilerini tamamlayan öğrenciyeterlik sınavına girer. (4) Yeterlik sınavında başarısız olan öğrenci başarısız olduğu bölüm/bölümlerden bir sonraki yarıyılda tekrarsınava alınır. Bu sınavda da başarısız olan öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir. MADDE 31 – (1) Tez izleme komitesi belirleme esasları şunlardır: a) Yeterlik sınavında başarılı bulunan her doktora öğrencisi için, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi veenstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile yeterlik sınavını takip eden bir ay içinde, üç öğretim üyesinden oluşan bir tez izlemekomitesi oluşturulur. Komitede, tez danışmanından başka, ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalından bir üye veAnabilim/Anasanat dalı dışından bir üye yer alır. İkinci tez danışmanı tez izleme komitesi içinde yer alamaz, ancakdilediği takdirde komite toplantılarına katılabilir. İlgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitüyönetim kurulu kararı ile üyelerde değişiklik yapılabilir. b) Tez izleme komitesi Ocak-Haziran ve Temmuz-Aralık ayları arasında birer kez olmak üzere yılda iki keztoplanır. Toplantı tarihi, tez danışmanının da görüşü alındıktan sonra Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığıncabelirlenerek toplantı tarihinden en az bir ay önce ilgili enstitüye bildirilir ve enstitü tarafından ilan edilir. Tez izlemekomitesi üyesi, incelediği tez gelişim raporu ile ilgili görüşünü yazılı olarak ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınabildirebilir. Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı bu raporları süresi içinde ilgili tez izleme komitesi üyelerine ulaştırır.Bu raporda o ana kadar yapılan çalışmaların özeti ve bir sonraki dönemde yapılacak çalışma planı yer alır. Öğrencinintez çalışması, komite tarafından başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir. Tez gelişim raporu ve ilgili evrak, on beşgün içerisinde enstitüye gönderilir. Komite tarafından üst üste iki kez, aralıklı olarak ise üç kez başarısız bulunan veyaüst üste iki kez, aralıklı olarak üç kez, süresinde tez gelişim raporu vermeyen öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulukararı ile ilişiği kesilir. MADDE 32 – (1) Tez önerisi kabul esasları şunlardır: a) Yeterlik sınavını başaran öğrenci en geç altı ay içerisinde yapacağı araştırmanın amacını, yöntemini ve çalışmaplanını kapsayan tez önerisini, sözlü savunmadan en az on beş gün önce tez izleme komitesi üyelerine verir. Tezönerisi komite önünde sözlü olarak savunulur. Tez izleme komitesi tez önerisinin kabul veya reddine salt çoğunluklakarar verir. Bu karar, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınca savunmayı izleyen üç gün içinde enstitüye bir tutanaklabildirilir. b) Tez önerisi reddedilen öğrenciler, yeni bir danışman ve tez konusu seçme hakkına sahiptirler. Bu durumdayeni bir tez izleme komitesi oluşturulabilir. Programa aynı danışman ile devam etmek isteyen bir öğrenci tez önerisisavunmasını izleyen üç ay içinde, danışman ve tez konusunu değiştiren bir öğrenci ise altı ay içinde tez önerisisavunmasına tekrar alınır. Tez önerisi bu savunmada da reddedilen öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ileilişiği kesilir. c) Tez önerisi savunmasına, enstitü yönetim kurulunun geçerli sayacağı bir mazereti olmaksızın (a) bendindebelirtilen sürede girmeyen öğrenci başarısız sayılarak tez önerisi reddedilir. MADDE 33 – (1) Doktora tezi kabul esasları şunlardır: a) Doktora tezinin bilime yenilik getirme, yeni bir bilimsel yöntem geliştirme veya bilinen yöntemi yeni bir alanauygulama niteliklerinden birini yerine getirmesi gerekir. b) Doktora öğrencisi tez savunma sınavına en az üç defa tez gelişim raporu sunup, en az ikisinde başarılı olmadangiremez. Öğrencinin en az bir adet bilimsel makalesinin ulusal/uluslararası hakemli dergilerde yayımlanmış veyayayıma kabul edilmiş olması doktora tez savunmasına girme şartı olarak aranır. c) Öğrenci, ilgili enstitü tez yazım kılavuzuna uygun şekilde hazırlanmış, ciltlenmemiş yedi adet taslak tez veintihal programı raporu ile birlikte ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı aracılığı ile bağlı bulunduğu enstitüyebaşvurur. ç) Doktora tez jürisi, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile atanır.Jüri, üçü öğrencinin tez izleme komitesinde yer alan öğretim üyelerinden ve en az ikisi başka bir yükseköğretimkurumunun aynı Anabilim/Anasanat dalından olmak üzere beş asil, iki yedek üyeden oluşur. Aynı alandan öğretimüyesinin bulunmaması durumunda, en yakın Anabilim/Anasanat dalından öğretim üyesi/üyeleri görevlendirilir. d) Jüri üyeleri tezi teslim aldıkları tarihten itibaren yirmi günden az olmamak üzere en geç otuz gün içinde enstitüyönetim kurulunca belirlenen yer ve zamanda öğrenciyi tez sınavına alır. Tez sınavı, tez çalışmasının sunulması vebunu izleyen soru-cevap bölümünden oluşur. Sınav, akademik elemanların izlemesine açıktır, ancak katılanlar sorusoramaz ve jürinin değerlendirmesi sırasında sınav yerinde bulunamazlar. e) Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri, tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, ret veya düzeltme kararı verir.Bu karar, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınca tez sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir. Tezihakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç altı ay içinde gerekli düzeltmeleri yaparak tezini aynı jüri önündeyeniden savunur. Bu savunmada da başarısız bulunan öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir. Lisans derecesi ile doktoraya kabul edilmiş olanlardan tezde başarılı olamayanlar için talepleri halinde 27 ncimaddenin dördüncü fıkrasına göre tezsiz yüksek lisans diploması verilir. f) İlgili enstitünün tez yazım yönergesine uygun olarak hazırlanmış ve tez savunma jürisi tarafından kabul edilmiştez, jüri üyelerince imzalanmış ve enstitü müdürü tarafından onaylanmış şekliyle en az üç nüsha olarak bir ayiçerisinde enstitüye teslim edilir. g) Doktora tez savunması bir saatten az iki saatten fazla olamaz. MADDE 34 – (1) Tez sınavında başarılı olan, gerekli koşulları yerine getiren ve doktora tezinin ciltlenmiş, jüriüyelerince imzalanmış en az üç kopyasını tez sınavına giriş tarihinden itibaren bir ay içinde ilgili enstitüye teslim edenve tezi enstitü yönetim kurulunca biçim yönünden uygun bulunan doktora öğrencisine, biçimi Senatoca belirlenmişdoktora diploması veya diploma hazırlanıncaya kadar geçici mezuniyet belgesi verilir. Mezuniyet tarihi tezin sınav jürikomisyonu tarafından imzalı nüshasının teslim edildiği tarihtir. Enstitü müdürü ve Rektör imzasını taşıyan diplomaüzerinde öğrencinin kayıtlı olduğu Anabilim/Anasanat dalındaki programın onaylanmış adı bulunur. (2) Enstitü yönetim kurulu başvuru üzerine teslim süresini en fazla bir ay daha uzatabilir. Bu koşulları yerinegetirmeyen öğrenci koşulları yerine getirinceye kadar diplomasını alamaz ve öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamaz.Azami süresinin dolması halinde ise ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir. (3) İlgili enstitü tarafından tezin tesliminden itibaren üç ay içinde doktora tezinin bir kopyası elektronik ortamda,bilimsel araştırma ve faaliyetlerin hizmetine sunulmak üzere YÖK’e gönderilir. | |

(3) Yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilen öğrenci en geç beşinci yarıyılda, lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmişöğrenci ise en geç yedinci yarıyılda yeterlik sınavına girer.
(4) Yeterlik sınavında başarısız olan öğrenci başarısız olduğu bölüm/bölümlerden bir sonraki yarıyılda tekrarsınava alınır. Bu sınavda da başarısız olan öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir.
MADDE 27 –
(1) Doktora programı, bilimsel hazırlıkta geçen süre hariç tezli yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabuledilenler için kayıt olduğu programa ilişkin derslerin verildiği dönemden başlamak üzere, her dönem için kayıtyaptırıp yaptırmadığına bakılmaksızın sekiz yarıyıl olup azami tamamlama süresi on iki yarıyıl; lisans derecesi ilekabul edilenler için on yarıyıl olup azami tamamlama süresi on dört yarıyıldır.
(2) Doktora programı için gerekli kredili dersleri başarıyla tamamlamanın azami süresi tezli yüksek lisansderecesi ile kabul edilenler için dört yarıyıl, lisans derecesi ile kabul edilenler için altı yarıyıldır. Bu süre içinde krediliderslerini başarıyla tamamlayamayan veya genel not ortalaması yüzlük sistemde 75’in altında kalan öğrencinin ilgilienstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir.
(3) Kredili derslerini başarıyla bitiren, yeterlik sınavında başarılı bulunan ve tez önerisi kabul edilen, ancak tezçalışmasını birinci fıkrada belirtilen on iki veya on dört yarıyıl sonuna kadar tamamlayamayan öğrencinin ilgili enstitüyönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir.
(4) Lisans derecesi ile doktora programına başvurmuş öğrencilerden, kredili derslerini ve/veya azami süresiiçinde tez çalışmasını tamamlayamayanlara, doktora tezinde başarılı olamayanlara tezsiz yüksek lisans için gereklikredi yükü, proje ve benzeri diğer şartları yerine getirmiş olmaları kaydıyla talepleri halinde tezsiz yüksek lisansdiploması verilir.
MADDE 28 –
(1) Doktora programı, tezli yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmiş öğrenciler için toplam yirmibir krediden ve bir eğitim-öğretim dönemi 60 AKTS’den az olmamak koşuluyla en az yedi ders, en az bir seminer,yeterlik sınavı, tez önerisi ve tez çalışması olmak üzere en az 240 AKTS kredisinden oluşur. Lisans derecesi ile kabuledilmiş öğrenciler için de en az kırk iki kredilik 14 ders, iki seminer, yeterlik sınavı, tez önerisi ve tez çalışması olmaküzere toplam en az 300 AKTS kredisinden oluşur.
(2) Doktora eğitimine kabul edilen adaylar, ilgili Anabilim dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetimkurulunun onayı ile yüksek lisans öğrenimi sırasında alınmamış olması koşuluyla, derslerin en çok iki tanesini yükseklisans dersleri arasından seçebilir. Lisans dersleri ders yüküne ve doktora kredisine sayılmaz.
(3) Öğrencinin farklı Anabilim/Anasanat dallarından, farklı enstitülerden ve üniversitelerden ders almasıdurumunda alacağı dersler, ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulunun onayı ilekesinleşir. Yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmiş öğrenciler için en fazla iki, lisans derecesiyle kabul edilmişöğrenciler için en fazla dört ders seçilebilir.
(4) Yüksek lisans eğitimi esnasında alınmamış ise, bilimsel araştırma teknikleri ile araştırma ve yayın etiğikonularını içeren en az bir dersin alınması zorunludur.
(5) Ders süresi 45 dakikadır.
MADDE 29 –
(1) Tez danışmanı, seminerleri yürütmekle yükümlüdür. Öğrenci, en az bir seminer vermekzorundadır. Seminerin sunulacağı yer ve zaman Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından enstitüye bildirilir ve enaz on gün önce ilan edilir. Seminer çalışması kredisiz olup öğretim elemanlarının ve lisansüstü öğrencilerininizlemesine açıktır. Sunulan seminer, tez danışmanının görüşü alınarak Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınınbelirleyeceği üç kişilik jüri tarafından başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir. Seminerden başarısız olunmasıhalinde öğrenci izleyen ilk yarıyılda seminerini tekrarlar. Sonuç, seminer raporunun bir sureti ile birlikte bir tutanaklaAnabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından beş gün içerisinde enstitüye bildirilir.
(2) Yeterlik sınavında başarılı olan ağız, diş ve çene cerrahisi anabilim dalı doktora programı öğrencilerinin tezsavunma sınavına girebilmeleri için Anabilim dalı başkanlığınca belirlenen rotasyonlardan en az dördünü yapmalarızorunludur
MADDE 30 –
(1) Zorunlu derslerden ve seminerlerden başarılı olan, zorunlu kredilerini tamamlayan öğrenciyeterlik sınavına girer. Yeterlik sınavı, yazılı ve sözlü olarak iki bölüm halinde yapılır. Yeterlik sınavının yapılacağı yer ve zaman Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından en az on beş gün önce enstitüye bildirilir. Doktora yeterlikkomitesi, sınav jürisinin önerilerini, öğrencinin yazılı ve sözlü sınavlardaki başarı durumunu değerlendirerek,öğrencinin başarılı veya başarısız olduğuna salt çoğunlukla karar verir. Bu karar Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığıncayeterlik sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir. Sınavın sözlü kısmına dinleyiciler katılabilir.Doktora yeterlik sınavının yapılmasında yazılı kısımda en az iki gözetmen bulunur. Kullanılan sınav kâğıtları enstitüonaylı ve jüri imzalı olmalıdır. Yeterlik sınavında yazılı sınavını başaramayan öğrenci sözlü sınava giremez. Yazılı vesözlü sınavda geçerli not doktora derslerindeki başarı notudur.
(2) Doktora yeterlik komitesi, yeterlik sınavını başaran bir öğrencinin, ders yükünü tamamlamış olsa bile, toplamkredi miktarının 1/3’ünü geçmemek şartıyla fazladan ders/dersler almasını isteyebilir.
(3) Yüksek lisans derecesi ile kabul edilen öğrenci en geç beşinci yarıyılda, lisans derecesi ile kabul edilmişöğrenci ise en geç yedinci yarıyılda yeterlik sınavına girer.
(4) Yeterlik sınavında başarısız olan öğrenci başarısız olduğu bölüm/bölümlerden bir sonraki yarıyılda tekrarsınava alınır. Bu sınavda da başarısız olan öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir.
MADDE 31 –
(1) Tez izleme komitesi belirleme esasları şunlardır:
a) Yeterlik sınavında başarılı bulunan her doktora öğrencisi için, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi veenstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile yeterlik sınavını takip eden bir ay içinde, üç öğretim üyesinden oluşan bir tez izlemekomitesi oluşturulur. Komitede, tez danışmanından başka, ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalından bir üye veAnabilim/Anasanat dalı dışından bir üye yer alır. İkinci tez danışmanı tez izleme komitesi içinde yer alamaz, ancakdilediği takdirde komite toplantılarına katılabilir. İlgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitüyönetim kurulu kararı ile üyelerde değişiklik yapılabilir.
b) Tez izleme komitesi Ocak-Haziran ve Temmuz-Aralık ayları arasında birer kez olmak üzere yılda iki keztoplanır. Toplantı tarihi, tez danışmanının da görüşü alındıktan sonra Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığıncabelirlenerek toplantı tarihinden en az bir ay önce ilgili enstitüye bildirilir ve enstitü tarafından ilan edilir. Tez izlemekomitesi üyesi, incelediği tez gelişim raporu ile ilgili görüşünü yazılı olarak ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınabildirebilir. Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı bu raporları süresi içinde ilgili tez izleme komitesi üyelerine ulaştırır.Bu raporda o ana kadar yapılan çalışmaların özeti ve bir sonraki dönemde yapılacak çalışma planı yer alır. Öğrencinintez çalışması, komite tarafından başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir. Tez gelişim raporu ve ilgili evrak, on beşgün içerisinde enstitüye gönderilir. Komite tarafından üst üste iki kez, aralıklı olarak ise üç kez başarısız bulunan veyaüst üste iki kez, aralıklı olarak üç kez, süresinde tez gelişim raporu vermeyen öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulukararı ile ilişiği kesilir.
MADDE 32 –
(1) Tez önerisi kabul esasları şunlardır:
a) Yeterlik sınavını başaran öğrenci en geç altı ay içerisinde yapacağı araştırmanın amacını, yöntemini ve çalışmaplanını kapsayan tez önerisini, sözlü savunmadan en az on beş gün önce tez izleme komitesi üyelerine verir. Tezönerisi komite önünde sözlü olarak savunulur. Tez izleme komitesi tez önerisinin kabul veya reddine salt çoğunluklakarar verir. Bu karar, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınca savunmayı izleyen üç gün içinde enstitüye bir tutanaklabildirilir.
b) Tez önerisi reddedilen öğrenciler, yeni bir danışman ve tez konusu seçme hakkına sahiptirler. Bu durumdayeni bir tez izleme komitesi oluşturulabilir. Programa aynı danışman ile devam etmek isteyen bir öğrenci tez önerisisavunmasını izleyen üç ay içinde, danışman ve tez konusunu değiştiren bir öğrenci ise altı ay içinde tez önerisisavunmasına tekrar alınır. Tez önerisi bu savunmada da reddedilen öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ileilişiği kesilir. c) Tez önerisi savunmasına, enstitü yönetim kurulunun geçerli sayacağı bir mazereti olmaksızın (a) bendindebelirtilen sürede girmeyen öğrenci başarısız sayılarak tez önerisi reddedilir.
MADDE 33 –
(1) Doktora tezi kabul esasları şunlardır:
a) Doktora tezinin bilime yenilik getirme, yeni bir bilimsel yöntem geliştirme veya bilinen yöntemi yeni bir alanauygulama niteliklerinden birini yerine getirmesi gerekir.
b) Doktora öğrencisi tez savunma sınavına en az üç defa tez gelişim raporu sunup, en az ikisinde başarılı olmadangiremez. Öğrencinin en az bir adet bilimsel makalesinin ulusal/uluslararası hakemli dergilerde yayımlanmış veyayayıma kabul edilmiş olması doktora tez savunmasına girme şartı olarak aranır.
c) Öğrenci, ilgili enstitü tez yazım kılavuzuna uygun şekilde hazırlanmış, ciltlenmemiş yedi adet taslak tez veintihal programı raporu ile birlikte ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığı aracılığı ile bağlı bulunduğu enstitüyebaşvurur.
ç) Doktora tez jürisi, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile atanır.Jüri, üçü öğrencinin tez izleme komitesinde yer alan öğretim üyelerinden ve en az ikisi başka bir yükseköğretimkurumunun aynı Anabilim/Anasanat dalından olmak üzere beş asil, iki yedek üyeden oluşur. Aynı alandan öğretimüyesinin bulunmaması durumunda, en yakın Anabilim/Anasanat dalından öğretim üyesi/üyeleri görevlendirilir.
d) Jüri üyeleri tezi teslim aldıkları tarihten itibaren yirmi günden az olmamak üzere en geç otuz gün içinde enstitüyönetim kurulunca belirlenen yer ve zamanda öğrenciyi tez sınavına alır. Tez sınavı, tez çalışmasının sunulması vebunu izleyen soru-cevap bölümünden oluşur. Sınav, akademik elemanların izlemesine açıktır, ancak katılanlar sorusoramaz ve jürinin değerlendirmesi sırasında sınav yerinde bulunamazlar.
e) Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri, tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, ret veya düzeltme kararı verir.Bu karar, Anabilim/Anasanat dalı başkanlığınca tez sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir. Tezihakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç altı ay içinde gerekli düzeltmeleri yaparak tezini aynı jüri önündeyeniden savunur. Bu savunmada da başarısız bulunan öğrencinin ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ilişiği kesilir. Lisans derecesi ile doktoraya kabul edilmiş olanlardan tezde başarılı olamayanlar için talepleri halinde 27 ncimaddenin dördüncü fıkrasına göre tezsiz yüksek lisans diploması verilir.
f) İlgili enstitünün tez yazım yönergesine uygun olarak hazırlanmış ve tez savunma jürisi tarafından kabul edilmiştez, jüri üyelerince imzalanmış ve enstitü müdürü tarafından onaylanmış şekliyle en az üç nüsha olarak bir ayiçerisinde enstitüye teslim edilir. g) Doktora tez savunması bir saatten az iki saatten fazla olamaz.
MADDE 34 –
(1) Tez sınavında başarılı olan, gerekli koşulları yerine getiren ve doktora tezinin ciltlenmiş, jüriüyelerince imzalanmış en az üç kopyasını tez sınavına giriş tarihinden itibaren bir ay içinde ilgili enstitüye teslim edenve tezi enstitü yönetim kurulunca biçim yönünden uygun bulunan doktora öğrencisine, biçimi Senatoca belirlenmişdoktora diploması veya diploma hazırlanıncaya kadar geçici mezuniyet belgesi verilir. Mezuniyet tarihi tezin sınav jürikomisyonu tarafından imzalı nüshasının teslim edildiği tarihtir. Enstitü müdürü ve Rektör imzasını taşıyan diplomaüzerinde öğrencinin kayıtlı olduğu Anabilim/Anasanat dalındaki programın onaylanmış adı bulunur.
(2) Enstitü yönetim kurulu başvuru üzerine teslim süresini en fazla bir ay daha uzatabilir. Bu koşulları yerinegetirmeyen öğrenci koşulları yerine getirinceye kadar diplomasını alamaz ve öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamaz.Azami süresinin dolması halinde ise ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.
(3) İlgili enstitü tarafından tezin tesliminden itibaren üç ay içinde doktora tezinin bir kopyası elektronik ortamda,bilimsel araştırma ve faaliyetlerin hizmetine sunulmak üzere YÖK’e gönderilir.
