Kendi alanlarında lisansüstü çalışmalar yapıp üniversitelerde akademik kadrolarda görev alabilirler. HKU ye başka üniversitelerden yapılacak yatay geçişler, “Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Ön lisans ve Lisans Düzeyindeki Programlar Arasında Geçiş, Çift Ana dal, Yan dal ile Kurumlar Arası Kredi Transferi Yapılması Esaslarına İlişkin Yönetmelik” hükümlerine göre düzenlenir. Öğrencilerin eğitim ve öğretim süreçlerinde başarılarını ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri; sınav çeşitleri ve bunların ders başarı notuna katkısı, bu konularda Yükseköğretim Kurulu’nun (YÖK) belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak hazırlanan “Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi Önlisans ve Lisans Eğitim Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği” tarafından belirlenir.
Ölçme ve değerlendirmede ödev, proje, uygulama, ara sınav ve dönem sonu sınavı gibi farklı yöntemler kullanılır. Her bir ders için uygulanan ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemi ile yöntemin başarı notuna yüzdelik etkisi, ilgili dersin “Ders Bilgi Paketi” nde ayrıntılı şekilde yer almaktadır.
Öğrenci başarısının değerlendirilmesinde harf ve rakama dayalı not verme sistemleri kullanılır. Kredili derslerde öğrencilerin başarı notu 100 tam puan üzerinden belirlenir. Bu puanlar, Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi Önlisans ve Lisans Eğitim Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği 32. Maddesinde yer alan tabloda kat sayısına karşılık gelen harf notuna dönüştürülerek öğrenci transkriptine yansır. Kredisiz derslerde “S” (Başarılı), “U” (Başarısız), “I” (Eksik) ve “P” (Devam eden) notları kullanılır. Bunlara ek olarak “M” (Muaf) notu ve “NA” (Devamsız) notu gerekli durumlarda kullanılır.
Kredili dersler için geçer not en az DD, kredisiz dersler için ise S’dir. Akademik takvimde belirtilen sürede öğretim elemanı tarafından not takdir edilmeyen kredili dersler FF, kredisiz dersler U notu olarak işlem görür.
Bir dersten S, M, DD ve daha yukarı not alan öğrenci başarılı sayılır. Bir dersten FD, FF, U ve NA notu alan öğrenci başarısız sayılır ve bu dersi tekrarlaması gerekir
Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretimle diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetiminden sorumludur.
YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde her yıl hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlarda YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır.
Vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik yapılan nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren bu raporlar YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. Yükseköğretimde lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi “Yükseköğretim Diploma Programlarının Kalite Güvencesinin Sağlanmasına Yönelik Usul ve Esaslar” a göre sağlanır:
1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması:
1.1. YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans bölüm ve programların açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler.
1.2. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir.
1.3. Ulusal Çekirdek Eğitim Programlarının müfredatı ilgili Dekanlar Konseyi tarafından kabul edildikten sonra YÖK’ün onayıyla yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından uygulanır.
2. Ölçme-Değerlendirme: Her bir lisans programının öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının ölçme ve değerlendirmesinin nasıl yapılacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından hazırlanan eğitim ve öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliğine göre yürütülür.
3. Belgelendirme: Lisans programlarına kayıtlı öğrenciler, yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından belirlenen ders kredilerini ve diğer yükümlülükleri başarı ile tamamlamaları halinde; lisans diploması alır.
4. Öz Değerlendirme-Dış Değerlendirme: Yükseköğretim kurumları, sürekli izleme bağlamında, her yılın başında bir önceki yıla ait “Kurum İç Değerlendirme Raporlarını” Yükseköğretim Kalite Kurulu (YÖKAK) tarafından hazırlanan Bilgi Sistemine girer. YÖKAK tarafından yetkilendirilen veya tanınan akreditasyon kuruluşları tarafından verilen akreditasyon kararları da programların yeterliliklerinin kalite güvencesinin sağlandığını gösterir. YÖKAK mevzuatı gereği belirlenen yeterliliklere ilişkin düzenli gözden geçirme faaliyetleri yapar.
TS EN 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi Standartlarına uygun faaliyetleri de yürütür.

These reports, which include quantitative and qualitative evaluations of foundation higher education institutions, are shared with the public by YÖK. Quality assurance of undergraduate programs in higher education is ensured according to the “Procedures and Principles for Ensuring Quality Assurance of Higher Education Diploma Programs”:
1. Creation and Approval of Curricula:
1.1. YÖK determines the minimum standards and criteria required for the opening of undergraduate departments and programs in higher education institutions.
1.2. The curriculum of undergraduate programs in higher education institutions and the learning outcomes that each program will provide to students are determined by the senates of higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK on these issues.
1.3. After the curriculum of the National Core Curriculum is accepted by the relevant Council of Deans, it is implemented by higher education institutions with the approval of YÖK.
2. Assessment and Evaluation: The measurement and evaluation of the learning outcomes of each undergraduate program is carried out according to the education, training and examination regulations prepared by higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK.
3. Certification: Students enrolled in undergraduate programs, if they successfully complete the course credits and other obligations determined by higher education institutions; receive an undergraduate diploma.
4. Self-Assessment-External Evaluation: In the context of continuous monitoring, higher education institutions enter the “Institutional Internal Evaluation Reports” of the previous year into the Information System prepared by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) at the beginning of each year. Accreditation decisions given by accreditation bodies authorized or recognized by YÖKAK also show that the quality assurance of the qualifications of the programs is ensured. YÖKAK conducts regular review activities regarding the qualifications determined in accordance with the legislation.
It also carries out activities in accordance with TS EN 9001 Quality Management System Standards.
Students are admitted to this program with the placement result certificate issued by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Candidates are placed in the preschool education undergraduate program according to the verbal score type.
Students who successfully complete their undergraduate education in this program can continue their education in graduate programs in their field or related fields as a result of the evaluation of ALES, undergraduate graduation grade point average and written / oral interview exam together within the framework of “Hasan Kalyoncu University Graduate Education and Training Regulations”.
