- Providing best choices and helping the user to select the most appropriate product, prepare them according to the prescription and provide the user s adaptation.
- To be able to measure the ophthalmic lenses and contact lenses and to make their settings for mounting.
- To use the machines and equipments about preparation of eyewear.
- To have knowledge of basic optical instruments.
- To have general knowledge of Basic mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and physics of geometrical optics.
- To have basic knowledge about Eye and vision health and eye diseases.
- To have basic knowledge about public health, Human anatomy and physiology.

- To have knowledge and ability about administrative responsibility for the management of vocational enterprises.
