| Program Profili (Amaç) | Otomotiv Teknolojisi Programı, otomotiv sektörünün ihtiyacı olan nitelikli elemanlar yetiştirmektedir. Mezun olan Teknikerlerimiz her sanayi kuruluşunda istihdam edilebilecek seviyeye gelmesi programımızın ana amacıdır. Öğrencilerin teorik olarak da otomotiv motor, transmisyon, elektrik/elektronik, sürüş dinamiği ve yakıt gibi temel otomotiv alanlarında tam donanımlı olması hedeflerimizdendir. Bölüm öğrencileri teorik derslerin yanında ağırlıklı olarak okulda mevcut olan otomotiv atölyesi olanaklarından yararlanmakta, gelişen teknoloji ve yeniliklere açık, otomotiv servis ekipmanlarını kullanma becerilerini geliştirmektedir. Bu kapsamda yukarıda belirtilen amaçların sürekli olarak en güncel şekilde tutulması ve program içeriklerin buna göre değerlendirilip, güncellenmesi amaçlanır. | |

| Öğrenme Kazanımları (Tanım) | 1. Otomotiv sektörünü oluşturan unsurları, ilgi alanlarını, meslek alanlarının temel çalışma ilkelerini bilir. 2. Pazarlama ve satış tekniklerini otomotiv sektöründe etkin olarak kullanabilir. Yedek parça kontrol sistemi kavrayabilir. 3. Sektörün gerektirdiği çağdaş bilgi, gelişen ve değişen teknolojileri izleyebilir ve müşteri beklentilerini ve müşteri ilişkilerinin önemini kavrayabilir. Müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak için servis yönetimi, organizasyonu ve toplam kalite yönetimi ile ilgili prosedürleri etkin olarak kullanabilir. 4. Benzin ve dizel motorlarının çalışma prensiplerini bilebilme, motor parçalarını ve motor sistemlerini tanıyabilir, motor ve sistem elemanlarının malzemelerini tanıyabilir, arızalarını bulabilir, diyagnostik test cihazlarını kullanabilir. Motor parçaları ve sistemleri üzerinde yapılacak ayar işlemlerini kavrayabilir. 6. Hareket kontrol sistemleri ve güç aktarma organlarının elemanlarını tanıyabilir, görevlerini sayabilir, sistem elemanlarının malzemelerini tanıyabilir arızalarını bulabilir ve sistem elemanları üzerinde yapılacak onarım ve ayar işlemlerini kavrayıp uygulayabilir. 7. Oto klima, aktif ve pasif güvenlik sistemleri, araç üzerindeki elektro mekanik ve elektro hidrolik sistemler, elektronik kontrollü yakıt enjeksiyon sistemleri, oto elektrik ve elektronik, CAN-Bus, motor yönetim sistemlerini kavrayabilir, sistemler ile ilgili problemleri çözebilir. 8. Office program bileşenleri ile internet arama motorlarını, yazılı ve sözlü iletişimi, rapor hazırlama tekniklerini, iletişim ve mesleki yabancı dil yeterliliklerini kullanabilir. 9. Bağımsız çalışmada karar verebilir, disiplin içi ve disiplinler arası takım çalışması yapabilir, mesleki etik değerler ile kalite ve güvenlik bilincine sahip olabilir. 10. | Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Öğrencilerin derslerdeki ve diğer etkinliklerdeki başarıları sınav, ödev, proje ve sunum gibi araçlarla ölçülmektedir. Öğrencilerin derslerdeki başarılarının değerlendirilmesinde hangi araçların kullanılacağı ve ağırlıklarının ne kadar olacağı, dersi verecek Öğretim Elemanı tarafından her yarıyıl başında sistemde tanımlanarak öğrenciye https://ebp.ege.edu.tr/ web sayfasında ilan edilmektedir. Öğrencinin başarısı, dersin ara sınav ve varsa diğer yarıyıl/yıliçi eğitim-öğretim etkinliklerinden almış olduğu notların ağırlıklı ortalaması ile final veya bütünleme notu dikkate alınarak hesaplanması ile elde edilmektedir. Harf başarı puanı (HBP) karşılık gelen ve başarılı kategorisinde değerlendirilen harf notlarını alabilmek için, öğrenciler final sınavından yüz üzerinden en az 45 almak zorundadır. HBP, 60 ve daha yüksek olan ancak final sınavında bu baraja takılan öğrenciler "DC" harf notu ile değerlendirilirler. Bu şartı sağlayan öğrencilerin yarıyıl sonunda ders başarısı 100 üzerinden elde ettikleri genel başarı düzeyine göre değerlendirilerek harf notuna dönüştürülür. Öğrencinin mezun olabilmesi için 120 AKTS’lik ders yükünü tamamlaması ve genel ağırlıklı not ortalamasının en az 2.0 olması gerekir. | Kalite Güvencesi | Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için; • YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında eğitim ve öğretim ile diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetlenmesinden sorumludur. • YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” her yıl yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlarda YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. • YÖK tarafından vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait akademik, idari ve mali verileri içeren “Vakıf Yükseköğretim Kurumları Raporu” her yıl yayımlanır. | Program Profile | Automotive Technology Program trains qualified personnel needed by the automotive sector. The main aim of our program is that our graduated technicians can be employed in every industrial establishment. It is one of our goals that students are theoretically fully equipped in basic automotive areas such as automotive engines, transmission, electrical/electronics, driving dynamics and fuel. In addition to the theoretical courses, the students of the department mainly benefit from the automotive workshop facilities available in the school. These infrastructural benefits enable an environment, which is open to developing technology and innovations, and makes the development of their skills possible in using automotive service equipment. In this context, our goal is to keep the above-mentioned objectives in the most up-to-date manner and to evaluate and update the program contents accordingly. | |

To ensure the quality of higher education programs:
- The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) is responsible for the planning, organization, management, and supervision of education, training, and other activities in higher education institutions.
- The “University Monitoring and Evaluation Reports” for higher education institutions, prepared in accordance with the criteria determined by YÖK, are published annually. Based on these reports, YÖK shares evaluations—including both quantitative and qualitative assessments—of higher education institutions with the public.
- The “Foundation Higher Education Institutions Report,” which includes academic, administrative, and financial data related to foundation universities, is also published annually by YÖK. These reports, which contain quantitative and qualitative evaluations of foundation institutions, are shared with the public by YÖK.
The quality assurance of associate degree programs in higher education is ensured according to the “Procedures and Principles for Ensuring the Quality Assurance of Higher Education Diploma Programs”:
- Curriculum Development and Approval: YÖK determines the minimum standards and criteria required for the establishment of associate degree programs in higher education institutions.
1.1. The curriculum of associate degree programs and the learning outcomes to be achieved by students in each program are determined by the senates of higher education institutions in accordance with the core principles established by YÖK.
1.2. The curricula of National Core Education Programs are implemented by higher education institutions following approval by YÖK after being adopted by the relevant Deans Council. - Assessment and Evaluation: The assessment and evaluation of the learning outcomes expected from each associate degree program are carried out in accordance with the teaching and examination regulations prepared by higher education institutions, in line with the fundamental principles established by YÖK.
- Certification: Students enrolled in associate degree programs are awarded an associate degree diploma upon successful completion of the required course credits and other obligations set by the higher education institutions.
- Self-Assessment and External Evaluation: As part of continuous monitoring, higher education institutions enter their “Internal Evaluation Reports” for the previous year into the Information System prepared by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) at the beginning of each year.
YÖKAK shares its “Institutional Feedback Report,” prepared based on the external evaluation of higher education institutions, with the public.
Additionally, accreditation decisions made by agencies authorized or recognized by YÖKAK demonstrate that the qualifications of the programs are assured in terms of quality.
In accordance with YÖKAK regulations, regular review activities are conducted concerning defined qualifications.
