- Öğrenciler,Özel hukuk alanındaki problemleri analitik bir bakış açısıyla ele alıp çözümler üretebilmek.
- Öğrendiği teorik bilgiler çerçevesinde özel hukuk açısından analiz yapabilme gücüne sahip olmak, bilgilerini bu amaçlar doğrultusunda kullanabilmek.
- Dünyadaki ve Türkiye’deki özel hukuk alanındaki gelişmelere eleştirel bakabilmek ve bunu akademik dürüstlük ilkeleri doğrultusunda bilimsel yöntemlerle analiz edebilmek.
- Mesleki düzeyde İngilizce konuşma ve yazma yetisine sahip olmak.
- Araştırma sonuçlarını yazılı veya sözlü olarak ulusal veya uluslararası platformlarda sunabilir.
