Öğrencinin özel hukuk yüksek lisans programına başvurabilmesi için; ilgili enstitü kurulunun belirlediği alanda lisans diplomasına ve programın ilgili olduğu puan türünde en az 55 ALES puanına sahip olması gerekir. Özel Hukuk Yüksek lisans programına başvuran adaylar; ALES puanının %60ı ile lisans AGNOsunun % 40ının toplamı en az 55 olmak şartı ile ve en yüksek puan alan adaydan başlamak üzere sıralanır ve devamında özel hukuk anabilim dalı için ilan edilen kontenjanlara yerleştirilir. | |

Başvurular, başvuru ilanında belirtilen belgelerle başvuru süresi içinde ilgili enstitü müdürlüğüne yapılır. | Access Requirements | 1)Having a bachelor’s degree on law is required. 2)Applications must be made to the relevant institute director with the documents mentioned in the notice within the application period. 3) The student to apply for a graduate program of private law should have bachelor’s degree in the field set by the relevant institute board and get at least 55 ALES scores related to the type of program. 4) Candidates admitted to the graduate program of private law are ranked starting with the highest-scoring candidate with the condition that the sum of % 60 of ALES score and % 40 of license AGNO must be at least 55 points and are then placed to the quotas announced for the department of private law. | |
| Conditions for Success | 1) Time to complete the master program in private law takes four semesters 2) After successful completion of courses, a student may pass to the thesis stage. Students who successfully pass the thesis exam and provide other requirements will be granted a graduate diploma. 3) The thesis must be written in accordance with the writing rules approved and set by the institute. | |
