Başarma Şartları	Tezsiz yüksek lisans programı 90 AKTS’den az olmamak koşuluyla en az on adet kredili ders ile dönem projesi dersinden oluşur. Öğrenci, projenin alındığı yarıyılda proje dersine kayıt yaptırmak ve yarıyıl sonunda yazılı bir rapor ve varsa projesi ile ilgili ürünlerini vermek zorundadır. Proje raporunun programın yürütüldüğü dilde yazılması zorunludur. Dönem projesi dersi başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir.Tezsiz yüksek lisans programı derslerinin en az 2,75 genel not ortalaması ile tamamlanması gerekir. Kredili derslerini ve dönem projesini başarıyla tamamlayan yüksek lisans öğrencisine yüksek lisans diploması verilir. Yüksek lisans diploması üzerinde öğrencinin izlemiş olduğu enstitü anabilim dalındaki programın onaylanmış adı ile tezsiz ibaresi bulunur.

Further Info	The Graduate School of Private Law has started a Master's Degree Program without Thesis and thus an intensive education has been provided to deepen the professional activities of law faculty graduates who want to specialize in a branch of public law and to develop their ability of reasoning and discussion, in order to deepen their knowledge about the field of the law. The Graduate School of Private Law has original course content for students who have encountered problems, have new legislative arrangements in them, who are interested in thinking and who are interested in a specific field.

Access Requirements	Acceptance to Master's of Law (LL.M.) in Private Law (without thesis) program is done in accordance with the Graduate Regulation with Graduate Programs.
Conditions for Success	The non-thesis graduate program consists of at least ten credit courses and term project courses provided that it is not less than 90 ECTS.The student has to register the project course in the semester in which the project is taken and to give a written report at the end of the semester and his / her products related to the project.It is necessary to write down the project report on the basis of the program.The semester project course is evaluated as successful or unsuccessful.The non-thesis master's degree courses must be completed with a GPA of at least 2.75.A master's degree is awarded to a graduate student who has successfully completed the credits courses and the term project.The graduate diploma has an approved name and a non-thesis equivalent of the program of the institute's department which the student has followed.
