- Fixative preparation and fixation, tissue attachment, tissue embedding and cross-section in microtome.
- Have the ability to prepare and dye hematoxylen-eosin solubilisers.
- Have the ability to perform cytopreparation and screening of cytology specimens.
- To have knowledge and skill in the prevention of biologial, physical and chemical hazards that may be encountered in pathology laboratory and first aid.
- Have the ability to prepare conventional histochemistry dye solutions and apply different conventional dye techniques.
- Know medical laboratory methods.
- To be able to follow problem solving and technologial developments related to the profession in the implementation of all preparation techniques.
