- Orta öğretimde kazanılan yetkinlikleri geliştirmek üzere uygulama araç, gereç ve teknoloji ile desteklemek, alanda gerekli bilgi ve becerilere sahip olmak ve perakendecilik sektöründeki temel kavramları öğrenmek.

After students declare their program preferences they want to study, they are placed in the relevant programs by the ÖSYM center according to their score from this exam. | |

Progression Paths (Relationship Type) | In the program, there are lessons required to train qualified manpower that can meet the current and future needs of the retailing sector, which is developing in a different dimension in our country. In this regard, thanks to the 3 + 1 Workplace Training Model implemented within our university, students are provided with three semesters of theoretical training and one semester of practical training in workplaces. Thus, it is possible for students to have 22 weeks of work experience before graduation. Upon successful completion of the Retail Sales and Store Management program, graduates can be employed in positions such as sales, store management and marketing in retail stores such as shopping malls, stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets. With the 3 + 1 education model, it is thought that it will be easier for the students to employ 22 weeks of work experience in total. It is possible for the students to enter the business life in the institutions where they receive their workplace education after graduation, and it will be possible to find a job in different institutions thanks to the experience they have gained during the education process | |

Retail Sales and Store Management Associate Degree
- To support competencies gained in secondary education with application tools, equipment and technology, to have the necessary knowledge and skills in the field and to learn the basic concepts in the retailing sector.
- To have the competence to use the knowledge gained in the field of retail sales and store management in their decisions, practices and behaviors.
- To have the ability to analyze, interpret and evaluate the information about retail and store management.
- Takes responsibility as a team member for problems encountered or not foreseen in practice.
- To be able to critically evaluate the acquired knowledge and skills
- To convey the thoughts and suggestions at the level of knowledge and skills acquired in the field of retail and store management to the concerned people in writing and verbally.
- Being open to communication and teamwork with friends, superiors, and the people and groups that they serve in applied works on retail sales and store management.
