Further Info | For each course taken at least 1 midterm exam and 1 final exam. 40% of the visa grade, 60% of the final grade of the students taking over 70 points are considered successful.The students who are successful in the theoretical courses and who can present the information they have learned in a clear way, can easily recognize the properties of the tissue or cells lightly microscopically, have successfully completed the thesis work, can perform the light microscopic and histochemical laboratory applications alone, and the students who can develop projects and design experiments independently are considered qualified. | |

Access Requirements | Graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry and graduates of the Master of Science in Histology and Embryology are accepted. It is compulsory to attend the lectures of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, lectures given by the faculty members, student laboratory practice courses and laboratory work during the weekdays. | |
Conditions for Success | The students who are successful in the theoretical courses and who can present the information they have learned in a clear way, can easily recognize the properties of the tissue or cells lightly microscopically, have successfully completed the thesis work, can perform the light microscopic and histochemical laboratory applications alone, and the students who can develop projects and design experiments independently are considered qualified.To pass all the required courses in the PhD curriculum successfully, to have completed the required number of credits and to complete the thesis defense and pass the thesis defense exam successfully. | |
