Students will be able to use the information regarding the design, planning and detailing of outdoor spaces of different sizes and scales depending on user needs. Students will have the ability to apply their knowledge of design and planning to creating open and green spaces in urban and rural landscapes, designing spaces and other professional studies of Landscape Architecture. Students will learn about the recognition, cultivation and application of plant material in aesthetic, functional and ecological contexts. Students will have the ability to design, plan and apply landscape architecture to professional problems of natural and exotic plant species in open and green spaces / spaces for aesthetic, functional and ecological purposes. Students will be able to define landscape structures and materials related to landscape techniques and gain the ability to research, question and produce field applications in the context of basic engineering concepts by using all the possibilities of technology. Students will be able to gain the ability to carry out works that develop rational and realistic solutions to nature, natural forms and ecological features in order to protect the environment of living life resources. In order for students to graduate, they must be successful with at least DD grade from all the courses prescribed in the curriculum. Passing grades; Grades are AA, BA, BB, CB, CC. A student who has received one of these grades is considered successful in that course. Conditional passing grades; DC and DD are notes. A student who has received one of these grades is considered to have succeeded in that course if his GPA is at least 2.00. Those who have a grade of DC and DD in the semester / year-end exam can take the resit exam if they wish. In this case, the make-up grade, which is the last grade, will be valid. In units applying a class passing system, the principles regarding conditional passing are determined by the directive. Students whose GPA is below 2.00 for two consecutive semesters in the units where the courses are conducted on a semester basis; Students must take the courses with DC and DD (conditionally passing) grades belonging to the previous two semesters (the semester completed and the previous semester) during the new course registration period. Students whose GPA is below 2.00 at the end of the year in the units where the courses are conducted on an annual basis; He / she has to take courses with DC and DD (conditionally passing) grades belonging to the previous year (the year he / she finished) in the new course registration period. In the conditionally repeated course, the last grade is valid. For the courses and applications that do not have a grade definition, G (pass) is given to successful courses and K (fails) grade is given to unsuccessful courses. Notes that do not pass; K and FF grades. Grade DZ (absentee); It is given to students who do not fulfill the attendance requirements of the course. DZ grade is treated as an FF grade in the GPA calculation. VZ (visa-free); It is given to students who do not fulfill the yearly requirements of a course. VZ grade is treated as an FF grade in the GPA calculation. M (exempted); It is the mark given for the courses that were previously taken and achieved and the equivalence of which is approved by the relevant unit board upon the recommendation of the relevant department board. Courses with an M mark are not included in the average calculation. The courses exempted by obtaining a success grade are included in the average calculation. A student who does not attend the exam without a valid excuse, does not submit his homework or project / performance work on time, cheats in exams, helps to cheat or attempts to cheat, is given a score of 0 (zero) points / FF and the situation is reported to the presidency in writing. The provisions of the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulations are reserved. Students who cheat in exams, help cheat or attempt to cheat are removed from the exam hall. The situation is determined by the officials with a report. In units where there are compulsory internship courses and board / committee courses in the education curriculum, the implementation and evaluation of internship and board / committee courses are carried out according to the directive issued within the framework of the principles determined by the relevant unit boards. Students, having successfully completed all courses (240 ECTS) as well as the compulsory internship and the thesis (if exist) with a minimum CGPA od 2.00 out of 4.00 can graduate.

Holding a high school diploma; obtaining the needed score in the relevant field in the examination held by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), meeting the necessary requirements for vertical and horizantal transfer.

Environmental design is needed in order for every human-made product with its surroundings, that is, to achieve functional and aesthetic integrity with the environment of each building. Landscape Architects, environmental planning and design, environmental impact assessment, landscape management (planning, maintenance and repair), organizations based on professional or interprofessional cooperation within the scope of ornamental plant cultivation and marketing, create working environments in the private sector. T.R. Ministry of Development (Abolished DPT), Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, TC: Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Highways, DSI, Municipalities, Universities and Institutes etc. on the other hand, it constitutes the priority working environments in the public sector. Apart from these, Environment and Nature Themed International and National Non-Governmental Organizations-Non-Governmental Organizations, Private Sector (Design and Planning Offices and private nurseries and greenhouses for the production of Ornamental Plants) are working areas.
