Students are accepted through a system of examinations based on Higher Education YGS (Higher Education Transition Examination) and LYS (Graduate Placement Examinations). The examination is held once a year and organized by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Candidates can enter a higher education institution with a score consisting of the scores they get from the exams and the average of the achievement scores of the secondary school.

Students graduated from the program can either work as a distributor in the PTT or work in cargo companies other than PTT according to the achievement score obtained by KPSS as a theoretical and practical education and training in the Postal Services program.
