Program Profili (Amaç) | Radyoterapi Programı’nın temel amacı; teçhizat ve ekipmanların kontrolünü yaparak, maske, hasta pozisyon kalıbı, kurşun blok, hastayı tedavi ve simülasyona hazırlama işlemleriyle, ışın tedavisi ve simülasyon yapma bilgi ve becerisine sahip nitelikli sağlık teknikerleri yetiştirmektir. Radyoterapi teknikerleri, radyoterapi uzmanları ve/veya radyasyon fizikçisi ile birlikte bir ekip halinde hazırlık ve tedavi hizmetlerini gerçekleştirmektedirler. Bu program mezunlarının radyasyon onkologlarına yardımcı olabilecek ve radyasyon onkolojisi merkezlerinde çalışabilecek nitelikte elemanlar olması hedeflenmektedir. Radyoterapi Programı’nın temel amacı; teçhizat ve ekipmanların kontrolünü yaparak, maske, hasta pozisyon kalıbı, kurşun blok, hastayı tedavi ve simülasyona hazırlama işlemleriyle, ışın tedavisi ve simülasyon yapma bilgi ve becerisine sahip nitelikli sağlık teknikerleri yetiştirmektir. Radyoterapi teknikerleri, radyoterapi uzmanları ve/veya radyasyon fizikçisi ile birlikte bir ekip halinde hazırlık ve tedavi hizmetlerini gerçekleştirmektedirler. Bu program mezunlarının radyasyon onkologlarına yardımcı olabilecek ve radyasyon onkolojisi merkezlerinde çalışabilecek nitelikte elemanlar olması hedeflenmektedir.
Tam burslu eğitim sağlamaktadır.
- Temel onkoloji, radyoterapi, radyolojik görüntüleme konularında yeterli bilgiye sahip olmak ve kuramsal bilgileri yerinde kullanabilmek.
- Kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşlarındaki alanı ile ilgili süreçleri yerinde inceleyerek uygulama becerisi kazandırmak.
- Genel kimya, biyoloji ve biyokimya, temel onkoloji, fizyoloji, anatomi temel kavramları ve radyolojik görüntüleme, radyasyondan korunma ile radyoterapi konularında bilgi sahibi olurlar.
- Alanı ile ilgili mesleki ortam ve araçları kullanarak tasarım yapabilmek, plan ve proje gerçekleştirme becerisine sahip olmak.
- Alanı ile ilgili uygulamalarda karşılaşılan ve öngörülemeyen karmaşıksorunları çözmek için ekip üyesi alarak sorumluluk alabilmek.
- Alanında edindiği temel düzeydeki bilgi ve becerileri eleştirel bir yaklaşımla değerlendirebilme öğrenme gereksinimlerini belirleyebilme ve karşılayabilmek.
- Öğrenimine aynı alanda bir ileri eğitim düzeyine veya aynı düzeydeki bir mesleğe yönlendirebilmek.

Description | To have enough knowledge about basic oncology, radiotherapy and radiologic imaging and use theories for suitable issues.To gain the application skills related to the field of public and private sector organizations by examining the processes on site. To learn about general chemistry, biology and biochemistry, basic oncology, physiology, basic concepts of anatomy and radiological imaging, radiation protection and radiotherapy. To be able to design, plan and carry out projects by using a professional setting and tools related to his/her field. To take responsibility as a team member to solve encountered and unforeseen complex problems in his/her field of practice.To be able to evaluate basic knowledge and skills in his/her field critically and also identify and meet learning necessities.
