Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışma anabilim dalının başlıca amacı; mesleğine karşı olumlu bir tutum içinde bulunan ve mesleğinin gerektirdiği niteliklere sahip, kişisel ve mesleki yaşamında öğrencileri için doğru bir model oluşturan, alanındaki gelişmeleri yakından izleyen, bilgi ve becerilerini sürekli geliştiren, zamanını verimli kullanan ve etkili iletişim kurma becerilerine sahip öğretmenler yetiştirmektir.
Bu program ikinci öğretim olarak da sunulmaktadır.
- Ülkemizin özellikle son günlerde fazlasıyla ihtiyacını duyduğu Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik uzmanlarını yetiştirecek akademik elemanların yetiştirilmesi için uygun eğitim programlarını kullanır.
- Davranış bilimlerinde araştırma yapabilme yeterliliklerini sıralar ve betimler.
- Çocuk ve ergenlik psikolojisi hakkında uzman bireyler yetiştirilmesi için gerekli olan bilgi ve becerileri tanımlar, bu bilgi ve becerileri eleştirel bir tutumla değerlendirir.
- Rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma çerçevesine uygun etik anlayışı kazanır.
- Terapötik iletişim ve danışma becerisinin kullanılması ve bu beceri ile bireye özgü profesyonel yardım oturumları planlar.
- Mesleki rehberlik ve danışma uygulamasında yetkin hale gelerek öğrencilere uygun mesleki yönlendirmeleri saptar.
- Bireysel ve Grupla Psikolojik danışma yapabilme becerisi kazanarak bireye özgü sıkıntıları belirler ve uygun danışma oturumları planlar.
- Çağdaş Psikolojik Danışma Kuramları hakkında bilgi ve beceri edinerek bu bilgi ve becerileri bireylere yardım sürecinde kullanır.
- Sosyal yapı ve toplum psikolojisi hakkında bilgi sahibi olarak yaşadığı çevreye ilişkin bireylerin psikolojik durumlarını iyileştirmeyi amaçlayan etkinlikler düzenler.
- Öğrenci kişilik hizmetlerinin uygulanmasında yetkin hale gelmelerini sağlayarak okul psikolojik danışman adaylarının öğrencilerin sıkıntılarına yönelik çözümler üretebilme yetisini kazanır.
- İnsan ilişkileri ve iletişim kuramlarını tanımlayıp gerektiği durumlarda bunları hatırlayarak danışma oturumlarında bu bilgiyi uygular.
Mezun olan öğrencilemiz mezuniyet sonrasında, eğitim-öğretim sektörünün çeşitli alanlarında çalışmaktadırlar. Bu alanlarda ülkemizin gelişme durumuna paralel olarak kamuda ve özel kurumlarda geniş istihdam olanakları bulunmaktadır.

Instructors will be able to describe required knowledge and skills for raising expert people in child an d adolescent psychology, and evaluate these knowledge and skills critically. Students will be able to gain appropriate ethical understanding in the context of guidance and psychological counseling. Students will be able to utilize therapeutic communication and counseling skills and plan professional helping meeting peculiar to individual with this skills. Instructors will be able to determine appropriate vocational guidance according to students by mastering in vocational guidance and counseling. Students will be able to problems special to individual by gaining individual and group counseling and plan appropriate counseling meetings. Students will be able to gain knowledge and skills about contemporary psychological counseling theories and utilize these knowledge and skills in helping process. Students will be able to make activities aim to improving individuals’ psychological health by gaining knowledge social structure and social psychology. School psychological counseling candidates will be able to gain making solutions for students’ problems by mastering in application in students personality services. Students will be able to define theories about human relationships and communication theories and remember those theories when necessary and apply this knowledge in counseling meetings. | |
