- Karar uygulama ve davranışlarında işletmecilik ve yönetim alanına ilişkin edindiği bilgileri kullanma becerisine sahiptir.
- Sağlık alanında işletmecilikle ilgili bilgileri analiz etme, yorumlama ve değerlendirme becerisine sahiptir.
- Sağlık kurumları yönetimi alanında elde ettiği bilgilerle ve sorunların çözümünde bireysel faaliyetler gösterebileceği gibi takım halinde çalışma ve takımı yönlendirme becerisine sahiptir.
- Sağlık kurumlarının yönetimi ile ilgili bilgilerini eleştirir, eksikliklerini farkeder ve bu eksiklikleri nasıl gidereceği konusunda araştırmaya yönelik teknik bilgileri kullanır.
- Öğrenmenin sürekliliğinin önemini bilir ve bilgilerini farklı alanlarda da kullanabilir.

- Sağlık kurumları yönetimi ile ilgili uluslar arası gelişmeleri takip edebilmek için en az bir yabancı dili (İngilizce) kullanabilir.
- Sağlık kurumları ile ilgili gerekli bilgisayar teknolojilerini kullanır.
- Sağlık kurumlarının sosyal sorumluluğunun bilincindedir ve bu konu ile ilgili toplumsal sorumluluk projelerini yapar, mevcutlara katkı sağlar.
