| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Her ders için uygulanan ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri “ders öğretim planı” içinde tanımlanmıştır. Yarıyıl sonu sınavları Acıbadem Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünün sene başında ilan ettiği akademik takvime göre belirlenmiş tarih aralığında yapılır. Öğretim elemanları yarıyıl içindeki bütün çalışmaları, ödevleri, projeleri, sunumları, ara sınavlar ve yarıyıl sonu sınavını değerlendirerek Enstitü tarafından belirlenen ders geçme notu sistemine göre öğrencilerin notlarını belirlerler. Her bir derste hangi ölçme yöntemlerinin kullanılacağı öğrencilere önceden bildirilir. - Sağlık Sosyolojisi’nin temel kuramlarını, kavramlarını ve çalışma alanlarını tanımlar ve tartışır.
- Sosyolojik araştırma yöntemlerini Sağlık Sosyolojisi alanında araştırma planlamak, uygulamak ve rapor etmek üzere kullanır.
- Sağlık sosyal bilimlerinin Sağlık Sosyoloji ’si dışındaki branşlarının özelliklerini ve Sağlık Sosyolojisi ile işbirliği olanaklarını tanımlar, tartışır ve kullanır.

- Bu yüksek lisans programına başvurabilmek için adayın Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu (YÖK) ve Acıbadem Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nün öğrenci alma kriterleri ile uyumlu olmak şartı ile Sağlık Bilimleri ya da Sosyal Bilimler alanlarında lisans diplomasına sahip olması gerekir. Yabancı dil için kamu sınavlarından (YDS, ÜDS, YÖKDİL veya KPDS) en az 50 puan, TOEFL IBT’den en az 60 puan, PTE Akademik sınavından en az 45 Puan, CPE ve CAE sınavlarından en az C puanına sahip olmak gerekir.
- Dil yeterlilik belgesine sahip olmayan adaylar için yabancı dil sınavı, Sosyoloji Bölümü tarafından yapılacaktır. Öğrencilerin nu sınavdan minimum 50 puan almaları gerekir. Yüksek lisans programına lisans not ortalaması, yazılı sınav ve mülakat sonuçları değerlendirilerek öğrenci kabul edilir. Kabul için yapılacak değerlendirmede adaylar genel başarı notuna göre sıralanır. Yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin programa başvuruları ancak çok iyi düzeyde Türkçe ve diğer adaylardan beklenen düzeyde İngilizce bilmeleri ile mümkün olup üniversite senatosu tarafından düzenlenir.
